JOY TO THE WORLD
Joy to the world!
The Lord is come!
Let earth receive her King
Let ev’ry heart, prepare Him room
And heaven and nature sing, and heaven and nature sing And heaven and heaven and nature sing
Joy to the earth!
The Saviour reigns!
Let men their songs employ
While field and floods, rocks, hills and plains
Repeat the sounding joy, repeat the sounding joy
Repeat, repeat, the sounding joy

And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness
And wonders of His love, and wonders of His love
And wonders, and wonders, of His love

Glory streams from heaven afar
Heavenly hosts sing Hallelujah

THE HOLLY AND IVY
The holly and the ivy
When they are both full grown
Of all trees that are in the wood
The holly bears the crown
Refrain:
O, the rising of the sun
And the running of the deer
The playing of the merry organ
Sweet singing in the choir
The holly bears a blossom
As white as lily flow'r
And Mary bore sweet
Jesus Christ
To be our dear Saviour
[Refrain]
The holly bears a berry
As red as any blood
And Mary bore sweet
Jesus Christ
To do poor sinners good

As bitter as the gall
And Mary bore sweet
Jesus Christ
For to redeem us all
[Refrain]

Of all trees that are in the wood
The holly bears the crown

RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER
You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen
But do you recall The most famous reindeer of all?
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Had a very shiny nose And if you ever saw it You would even say it glows
All of the other reindeer Used to laugh and call him names They never let poor Rudolph Join in any reindeer games
Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say "Rudolph, with your nose so bright Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
Then how the reindeer loved him
As they shouted out with glee
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
You'll go down in history

O COME ALL YE FAITHFUL
O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant! O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem! Come and behold Him, born the King of angels O come let us adore Him, O come let us adore Him O come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord
True God of True God; Light of light eternal Lo, He abhors not the virgin’s womb Son of the Father, begotten, not created O come let us adore Him…
Sing choirs of angels, sing in exaltation! Sing all you citizens of heaven above! Glory to God, in the highest O come let us adore Him…
Yes Lord we greet you, born for our salvation Jesus, to you be glory given Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing O come let us adore Him…

AWAY IN A MANGER
Away in a manger, no crib for a bed
The little Lord Jesus laid down his sweet head
The stars in the bright sky looked down where he lay
The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay
The cattle are lowing, the baby awakes
But little Lord Jesus no crying he makes
I love you, Lord Jesus; look down from on high
And stay by my side until morning is nigh
Be near me, Lord Jesus, I ask you to stay
Close by me forever and love me
I pray Bless all the dear children in your tender care
And fit us for heaven to live with you there

WE THREE KINGS
We three kings of Orient are; bearing gifts we traverse afar
Field and fountain, moor and mountain, following yonder star
Refrain:
O star of wonder, star of night
Star with royal beauty bright
Westward leading, still proceeding
Guide us to your perfect light
Born a King on Bethlehem’s plain, gold I bring to crown Him again King forever, ceasing never, over us all to reign
[Refrain]
Frankincense to offer have I; incense owns a Deity nigh Prayer and praising, voices raising, worshipping God on high
[Refrain]
Myrrh is mine, its bitter perfume, breathes a life of gathering gloom
Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying, sealed in the stone cold tomb
[Refrain]
Glorious now behold Him arise; King and God and sacrifice Alleluia, Alleluia, earth to the heavens replies
[Refrain]

ANGELS WE HAVE HEARD ON HIGH
Angels we have heard on high, singing sweetly through the night And the mountains in reply, echoing their brave delight Glo – ria in excelsis Deo. Glo – ria in excelsis Deo
Shepherds, why this jubilee? Why these songs of happy cheer? What great brightness did you see? What glad tidings did you hear? Glo – ria in excelsis Deo. Glo – ria in excelsis Deo
Come to Bethlehem and see, Him whose birth the angels sing Come, adore on bended knee, Christ the Lord, the newborn King Glo – ria in excelsis Deo. Glo – ria in excelsis Deo

GOD REST YE MERRY GENTLEMEN
God rest ye merry, gentlemen let nothing you dismay For Jesus Christ, our Saviour was born upon this day To save us all from Satan's power when we were gone astray O tidings of comfort and joy, comfort and joy O tidings of comfort and joy
From God our Heavenly Father a blessed angel came And unto certain shepherds brought tidings of the same How that in Bethlehem was born the Son of God by Name O tidings of comfort and joy, comfort and joy O tidings of comfort and joy
The shepherds at these tidings rejoiced much in mind And left their flocks a feeding in tempest, storm and wind And went to Bethlehem straightway, the blessed babe to find O tidings of comfort and joy, comfort and joy O tidings of comfort and joy
