FROM THE CHAIRMAN OF COLLEGE COUNCIL, MR PAUL KLEINSCHMIDT

I am pleased to present you with the Trinity Lutheran College 2023 to 2026 Strategy. This 4-year strategy is stage two of a 15-year long view of our educational offering which casts what the world of life and work will look like for our current Junior Kindy students (2.5 to 3 years old) when they reach Year 12 in 2034. Our 2023-2026 Strategy follows the 2020 to 2022 strategy which was set before the pandemic outbreak in early 2020.

The college has delivered all the master plan projects, except for the College Administration building, that was/were outlined in the 2020-2022 strategy. Our 10-year master building plan has been updated to reflect the emerging economic context post pandemic. The college is dedicated to creating an environment conducive to 21st century teaching and learning while encouraging our future innovators and entrepreneurs to forge a new landscape for life and the world.

I commend the second of the five stages of our strategy, to deliver a globally connected future focused education where each member of the college is nurtured and empowered to be the best they can be.
