You’re strong, agile, lightening fast, and ferocious. But are you disciplined, humble, and selfless? Do you use your brain as much as your brawn?

Practice good sportsmanship, build up your team, and hit the books as much as you hit the gym. This is what it means to run with the Pride at Trinity-Pawling.

Our athletes range from lifelong competitors to novices—everyone plays sports at their level of experience. We compete in the Founders League, a highly competitive prep-school arena where you can prepare to play at the college level. Rather than specializing in one sport, we’ll encourage you to try a sport every season to develop your mind and your muscles.

Our coaches are well known in New England, and they follow cuttingedge research about how to best support and train our scholar-athletes.

They’ll push you to dig deep in your matches and in the classroom.

Yes, we’re playing to win, but to win with the highest character. In this pursuit, you’ll battle alongside your brothers and realize that you’re stronger together. And you’ll develop willpower and tenacity—virtues that will endure long after the stadium lights have dimmed.

DEDICATED COACHES Every boy is an athlete at Trinity-Pawling—there’s a position for you no matter your skill level. Your coaches will develop your physical and mental toughness to get your head in the game, and they’ll ask you to honor your teammates and respect your opponents. Off the field, court, track, or ice—your coaches will root for you, helping you succeed as a student and a young man. Whether you’re a recruited athlete or new to the team, playing sports at Trinity-Pawling is a life-changing experience.

SPORTS MEDICINE Our goal is to keep you fit and healthy, and our full-time athletic trainers are dedicated to your well-being. Our trainers are certified through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, and they help prevent, treat, and rehabilitate injuries—all from the comfort of our on-campus athletic training room.

FACILITIES Leave it all on the field—and on some of the best athletics fields and facilities in the area. Steal second on our baseball diamond, pin a competitor in our wrestling facility, make a tackle on our lighted, multi-purpose turf field, and hear the roar of the crowd in our hockey rink. We have fields, courts, and facilities for every sport.

The bond between my teammates is incredible.

Because we live and learn together, we communicate better during games. We go into battle knowing we have each other’s backs.
