FRATERNITY VOLUNTEER STRUCTURE FRATERNITY

EXECUTIVE BOARD

STANDING COMMITTEES ENTERPRISE FINANCE COMMITTEE BYLAWS The Bylaws Committee is responsible for the preparation and presentation of amendments to come before the Convention for approval via a delegate vote. The committee conducts a thorough review of all Fraternity documents for the benefit of the Fraternity or the Corporation.

LEADERSHIP CULTIVATION & SELECTION COMMITTEE The Leadership Cultivation & Selection Committee (LCSC) is commissioned to evaluate and cultivate Fraternity leadership and develops the slates for the Executive, Housing and Foundation Boards.

The Enterprise Finance Committee will provide over-sight of Tri Delta Fraternity and Tri Delta Housing, including overall oversight of financial audits and investments. The committee was created to provide additional financial expertise to the Executive Board including reviewing monthly financials, reviewing quarterly investment reports, reviewing the annual audit report, providing guidance on operating plans, reviewing the annual tax returns and providing in-vestment oversight for the Fraternity, TDH and Park Street Properties.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS The Fraternity Membership Status Committee is charged with reviewing and assessing the process for individual member discipline and assisting the Executive Board during disciplinary voting and reinstatement.

ACCESS & BELONGING ADVISORY PANEL

The Collegiate Advisory Panel is a group of collegiate members who serve as a liaison between the collegiate membership and the Fraternity and provide insight and perspective on Tri Delta’s undergraduate experience. The panel will engage in dialogue about issues and trends impacting college women.

The Access & Belonging Advisory Panel is a group of collegiate members who serve as a voice and sounding board on initiatives and resources related to breaking down barriers to access and increasing cultural competence across Tri Delta’s diverse membership.

ALUMNAE CHAPTER VOLUNTEER STRUCTURE ALUMNAE CHAPTER ALUMNAE CHAPTER PRESIDENT (ACP) Provides leadership to the alumnae chapter and is accountable for chapter operations. Leads the alumnae chapter officers and provides guidance toward goal achievement, events and member development.

ALUMNAE SPECIALIST (AS) Provides direct support to alumnae chapter officers. Coordinates communication and support efforts among volunteers. Assists alumnae with Founders’ Day, Pansy Celebration and other traditional events, milestone anniversaries, reunions, Silver, Golden and Diamond Circle.

ALUMNAE CHAPTER COORDINATOR (ACCo)

ALUMNAE AWARDS EBG Award Committee, Volunteer Awards Committee Provides an awards program that recognizes and encourages excellence and highlights outstanding alumnae members and volunteers.

Provides leadership to regional alumnae chapter support teams. Leads alumnae specialists, and provides training support for region.

ALUMNAE VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR (AVC) Coordinates support for alumnae from volunteers and staff. Recruits, appoints, supports and trains volunteers to support alumnae needs. Acts as the primary liaison between the alumnae volunteer team and Executive Office.

ALUMNAE INITIATION VOLUNTEER STRUCTURE ALUMNAE INITIATES

ALUMNAE INITIATION SPECIALIST (AIS) Provides direct support to all Alumnae Initiate candidates, including those being supported and initiated by alumnae chapters. Coordinates communication and support for all potential alumnae initiates.

ALUMNAE INITIATION COORDINATOR (AIC) Provide support for the Alumnae Initiation processes and procedures. Recruits, appoints, supports and trains Alumnae Initiation specialists to support all Alumnae Initiation needs.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE STAFF Professional staff, subject matter experts supporting all Fraternity endeavors.

The Collegiate Crescent Fund Committee is responsible for reviewing and awarding Crescent Fund grants to collegiate members.

The Enterprise Finance Committee will review and make recommendations to the Foundation Board of Trustees on issues with relation to the budget, investment management, professional advisors, financial reporting and audits.

GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE The Graduate Scholarship Committee is responsible for reviewing and evaluating graduate scholarship applications.

UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE The Undergraduate Scholarship Committee is responsible for reviewing and evaluating undergraduate scholarship applications.


HOUSING VOLUNTEER STRUCTURE LOCAL HOUSE CORPORATION

HOUSE CORPORATION PRESIDENT (HCP) Provides leadership to the local house corporation and is accountable for operations. Leads the local house corporation officers and provides guidance toward ensuring a safe, comfortable and competitive living, learning and leading environment for the collegiate chapter.

HOUSE CORPORATION COORDINATOR (HCC) Provides guidance and support as an advisor, mentor and mediator to local house corporations. The HCC supports the overall success of the local house corporations (LHCs) while serving as a liaison between the LHCs in the region, collegiate chapter volunteers, alumnae chapter volunteers and Executive Office staff.

HOUSING VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR (HVC) Provides direction, guidance, support and service as an advisor and mentor to a team of housing volunteer coordinators who support local house corporations. Recruits, appoints, supports and trains volunteers to support local house corporation needs. Acts as the primary liaison between the housing volunteer team and Executive Office.

HOUSE CORPORATION BYLAWS SPECIALIST Serves as a resource to LHCs for revisions, amendments and waivers to Local House Corporation Model Bylaws.

HOUSING IMPROVEMENT (HIG) GRANT COMMITTEE Provides direction in the selection and recommendation of grant funds distributed annually to local house corporations seeking assistance in facility improvements.

TRI DELTA HOUSING BOARD The Tri Delta Housing Board Directors serve Tri Delta by governing the housing initiatives through strategic planning
