What inspired you to write your book?

We are at a tipping point in our evolutionary journey. Our actions over the next few years determine our very survival. We must evolve our consciousness or we will perish.

If corporate leaders continue to foster a fear-based, top-down, competitive, business model, they will ultimately fail and bring the rest of us down with them. If, on the other hand, they embrace and champion a culture of love, the benefits will go way beyond the bottom line, A culture of love will bring healing and joy to their employees, their communities, and the planet at large.

What do you want others to get out of your book?

By realizing how good love is for the bottom line, I hope to inspire those in business to bring more love into their corporate culture. In addition, I hope to inspire readers to step into their greatness, bring their unique gifts to the world, and live a life of inspired purpose.

Who is your audience?

I feel like I am writing to myself 25 years ago. I entered the corporate world with an open heart and was traumatized by the fear-based, internally competitive culture. I felt like I had to shut down a big part of myself to survive. Today, I feel that there are many more people like me in the corporate world who want to feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are – not just what they do. I see so many young people wanting to work in Corporate America and make a positive difference in the world. I feel that my book can inspire them to tap into the greatest version of themselves and create a culture of love in their workplace.

Spotlight Sharon Blackmon

Evangelist Sharon Renea Blackmon is the CEO and founder of Sharon Renea Ministries, L.L.C. located in Greensboro, North Carolina. A native of Tallahassee, Florida, Sharon has been involved in ministry for over 20 years. Her ministry focuses on reaching the lost and ministering to the broken-hearted. She received Christ at the early age of 9 years old. She later received her Evangelistic calling in 1995 and preached her first sermon in 1997.

Evangelist Blackmon graduated from Dougherty Comprehensive High School in Albany, Georgia, where she was a member of the Show Choir. After graduating from high school, Sharon furthered her education at Albany Technical College where she received an Associate Degree in Business and Office Administration. After graduating from college, she began her career as a principle clerk at the Dougherty County Clerk’s Office where she was gainfully employed for over 12 years until relocating to North Carolina.

As a licensed Evangelist, ministry is Blackmon’s passion. In 2010, she started Sisters Encouraging Sisters (now known as Sisters with Purpose and Destiny), a ministry that was created to restore, revitalize, revive and educate women from all walks of life. She has faithfully served in several different positions involving ministry in the church. She has served as an usher, Sunday school teacher, Pastor’s aid president, hospitality leader, intercessory prayer leader, youth leader, praise and worship leader, and head elder.

In addition to her dedication to ministry inside the church, Blackmon is also talented and gifted in ministry outside of the church. She is a psalmist, author, counselor and mentor. The book “My Joshua; My Journey”, is a story of hope, disappointment, heartbreak, love and faith in God. I share my journey of conceiving for the first time after trying for many years to conceive a child.

We often ask God for specific blessings and we hold on to the faith until that blessing manifest itself. I didn’t give up, but I placed a lot of pressure on myself by trying everything possible to “help God out”.

Silly me. God doesn’t need my little help. He was in control from the very beginning. The feelings and emotions that you feel in the midst of a blessing and then the pain of that blessing literally being snatched away from you is unbelievable. I always wanted to know the feeling of a baby growing inside of me and the dreams and hopes of becoming the best mother that my child could ever have. It was getting really awkward to be asked when was I going to have children and the old famous saying, you are not getting any younger. My response was always, “In Gods timing.” There are some funny stories in this book as well. The things the body goes through and the emotions that comes wave after wave is so interesting! I shared a lot of difficult moments as well. This was an amazing journey to me and I wanted to share it with other women. Why? Because it shows hope, courage and faith in the midst of a major crisis. I mean, you step into the doctors’ office and the pregnancy is confirmed to laying in a hospital bed being told your baby will not make it. Your hope and your dreams are shattered.

But I, in the midst of all what was happening with Baby Joshua and I, I still mustered up the strength to keep talking to God. With tears rolling down my face, I knew that I had to keep faith to the very end. It was hard, difficult and I felt alone in this battle. I knew my only way of keeping my sanity, was in making sure that every day, three and four times a day, I had to talk to God. I wrote this book so that those who have walked this journey and some will walk this journey, don’t allow it to take you into a downward spiral. But there is hope and restoration after this! God will carry you through. If he did it once, He can do it again. And for those who can no longer conceive, there are many children that needs your love and attention. Allow yourself to give that love to another child. You are a woman that is born to nurture and give life. Even if that means to give it to someone else. Your love and compassion for your own can be expressed through the outpouring of love that you can give others. Nothing waisted.

God has a plan. Trust it.

Trust Him. I have overcome the fear of being and thinking that I am a barren woman because I cannot have children. I am not barren. I may not be able to produce children, but I produce life through my music, my ministry and my writing. I have come to realize that you cannot allow people to put you in a box. I had to think and live outside the stigma of society. I had to create my atmosphere. I had to believe God created me to produce fruit in other areas in my life that will be yielded to those who needs it around me. www.TributeMagazine.net

I have a huge list for 2019. Just to name a few things, I will be marrying my best friend! The love of my life! I am so excited about that new chapter in my life. We are also in business together and we are looking to do some phenomenal things in our communities. I am also working on another book that will really be controversial. I am really looking forward to this particular project. It is fire and it will be interesting to see how it will be received. I am planning more women sessions to deal with the pressures of life and to help with other resources. There are so many that are broken in spirit and need someone to give hope and to provide help. So, there will be a lot of me to see and follow in 2019.

My audience, I expect, is primarily women, probably from their 30s and older. Ladies, who have been facing the harshness of life and by this point have a couple of dings and scratches and are wondering when it’ll get better, easier.

I am planning to write another book. Technically, this is my 10th book. I have also authored 8 hypnotherapy books, and a fictional romance.

My next book is going to be the benefits of hypnotherapy. It’ll be a collection of descriptions of clients’ presenting complaints, how they presented, what we did in their session, and the results they received. Each of the clients chosen, is going to include their own testimonial. Yes, it’s all legit and the

clients have already given me permission to utilize their session publicly. They get to maintain anonymity in the book.

Spotlight Phenomenal Women

Tara D. Hall “Great teachers always remain good students!”

I am the youngest of ten children, 6 boys and 4 girls. In the last two years, I have been taking steps to up level my life goals. I love to train and engage my audiences with tools to enhance their personal and professional development. I recently became a Canfield Certified Success Principles Trainer which has not only helped me live with a greater sense of purpose but will also up level my trainings as I help other’s do the same. I have a background in social services therefore my understanding and work with individuals with trauma histories has served as a backbone and point of reference to helping people live with greater, healthier intentions. I will be the first person in my family to have written a book by the end of 2019.

I’d like to spotlight my business that will launch in early, 2019. It is called Tara Hall Inspired Solutions (T.H.I.S.) As a result of working with me and attending my transformational workshop presentations as your Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer, employees experience increased productivity and clarity of their business mission and vision all while learning about themselves in the process through an engaged, interactive and experiential forum. I am looking for groups, organizations and businesses that are ready to bring their workforce to the next level as we put the work back in workshop! I’ll also be available for coaching support either one to one or group. I’ll be offering on line digital courses as well.

I overcame shame, guilt when I experienced a miscarriage in 2002 also around the same time as my mother passing. It was the first time I experienced a pregnancy and kept internally blaming myself for it happening although I later learned that many women experience this. I have also overcome and released a lot of “stinkin’ thinkin’-negative mindset over the years which has allowed me to see my life purpose differently. I achieved personal success when I finished my Masters Degree in 2015 which was a lifelong personal goal. My current success is clarity of the mind. As a result of this clarity, I have set additional goals to set my sights higher for 2019 in my business.

I will achieve completion of my book draft by 12/31/19 at 12 noon, EST. I will have participated in at least two additional anthologies. I will also have partnered with at least two affiliates for my business.

Years ago, recently graduated with my masters, I was very concerned about starting work and handling my responsibilities. I remember contacting employers for two months with no success. I reached one agency and the clerk told me “Don't bother, the position will probably be filled soon”. From somewhere unknown, I said “No it won't, I'm trying.” I applied and interviewed within two weeks.

I remember the interviewers were top company executives, which I found peculiar for my application level. I forgot the job announcement and asked the interviewer for a copy. The company director agreed. During the interview, I made a few missteps, but I walked out with my head up, actually lightly skipped outside the interview room. Two days later, I received the call.

My concerns were gone and my bills were covered, because I was offered and accepted a great job that led to multiple promotions in a decade!

The lesson I learned is to always pick yourself and to go for the rebound in even unnerving situations. I later learned that my church job name was also the name a company program and the company head took that as a sign to hire me.
