MON MACARON

You have now arrived at a very important part of this piece. I had tried MANY macarons around the Triangle and just couldn’t quite find the best. That was until Mon Macaron opened in Seaboard Station. THESE ARE THE BEST MACARONS EVER.

The texture and flavor is flawless, which for a macaron is very hard to do. This bakery has perfected their method and I'm so happy we have this spot. They are constantly releasing fun flavors and now even have wine and macaron flights. Yes, you read that right. Get there now!

SALICYLIC ACID CLEANSER

Cleaning the face thoroughly before bed prepares the "canvas" for the rest of the products. The skin's surface accumulates dead skin cells, oil, microbes, sweat, and other debris throughout the day.

RETINOL SERUM

It is frequently best to use serums at night. This enables the key ingredients to work with your skin's circadian rhythm to repair and turn over your skin. Retinol serum is the most commonly used acne topical because it removes the top layer of skin that can clog pores, reduces oil production, kills acnecausing bacteria, and is anti-inflammatory.

It can also help to reduce wrinkles and improve skin texture and tone. Retinol is not as effective as prescription-strength retinoids. As a result, you can use it without hesitation to treat mild-to-moderate acne.

NIACINAMIDE NIGHT CREAM

During the day, drying effects from pollution and sun exposure bombard your face.When with age, collagen levels get low, and wrinkles and fine lines become more visible. Using a niacinamidebased night cream stimulates collagen production, making your skin appear plumper and firmer.

Niacinamide minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while also reducing sagging. In short, your skin's elasticity is given a much-needed boost.

Sylvan Heights Bird Park in Scotland Neck is on everyone’s North Carolina Bucket List. Discover the world’s most extensive collection of rare and endangered waterfowl. Sylvan Heights allows visitors to see over 2,500 birds from around the globe, from ducks, geese, and swans, to parrots, pheasants, cranes, owls, toucans, flamingos, and much more. Visitors of all ages and interests can walk through continentally-themed aviaries, experiencing the diverse beauty, color, and sound of these creatures. For an even more interactive experience, guests can feed parakeets and flamingos in the park’s Landing Zone exhibit. An amazing handicapped-accessible treehouse overlooks the natural wetlands, and the Beaver Pond Blind allows visitors to get closer to North Carolina’s native wildlife. They offer regularly scheduled educational programming and special events.

We all know talking about Trader Joe’s is more speculation than facts. Despite being in everyone’s tongue, no one really knows what’s coming to the famous store’s shelves, not even the employees!

Having said that, if there’s something we can all agree on is the fact that Trader Joe’s surprises us every year, and 2023 will be no different.

Here are our best guesses for Trader Joe’s new items for 2023 based on rumors and insider information.

Lip Masks and Balm Butters

Beauty and wellness products have become some of the most popular items at TJ’s and often sell out. With this in mind, we know a complete range of lip balms and lip masks will hit the shelves soon, and they should be available at least until spring. The store recently announced a gummy bear-flavored lip balm, and we bet that’s just the beginning.

Cinnamon Roll Joe Joe’s

At least a couple of Trader Joe’s employees have confirmed the arrival of a new sweet bake, Joe Joe’s cinnamon rolls. This one was easy to spot. We know the company often substitutes seasonal goodies with more standard yearround versions, and in this case, the Pumpkin Spice Joe Joe’s rolls will take the bench, opening the way to regular cinnamon rolls.

Sparkling Beverages

No one expected trader Joe’s sparkling beverages to be such a big hit in 2022, but they were, and that’s a trend we’ll continue to see in 2023.

Sparkling Cranberry Ginger Beer was a best seller in fall 2022, and so was the store’s Sparkling Pomegranate Punch. According to those in the know, the Summer of 2023 will be all about similar drinks but with more tropical and citrusy flavors.

All Purpose Seasoning Blends

Trader Joe’s closed 2022 strong with the Everything But The Leftovers Seasoning Blend, explicitly released for the fall holidays. This might be the start of a spice blend revival for the brand, and we believe it will reach its peak in summer with a completely new All Purpose Grill Seasoning Blend.
