2013 REX GALA The Rex Healthcare Foundation hosted the 2013 Rex Gala on Nov. 9 at the Raleigh Convention Center. More than 600 guests attended the event, which raised money to support a new Rex Heart & Vascular Mobile Screening Unit. The Mobile Unit will help identify heart problems, promote early detection and education, and bring high-quality health screenings to areas of Wake County and beyond where individuals have limited access to medical care.
