UPCOMING EVENTS NOVEMBER 28, 2026 Alumni Tailgate for The Game at 8:00 A.M. at the Chapter House: 47 E 12th Avenue. All additional alumni event information will come via email in the coming months.
Updates We have some incredibly exciting news from our chapter. We recently signed for a new property on Iuka Avenue. The chapter has been located on 12th Avenue for our ninth year, and we’re incredibly excited to rent a house that suits our needs better. We recently signed the lease, and are currently in the process of determining a moving process. We just wrapped up our recruitment for the semester led by our Recruitment Chair Connor Skaggs os25. We ended up with an incoming class of 7 new members joining our Chapter this Spring. Last semester we had a class of 11 new members join our chapter who were initiated at the end of the semester. We’d like to hear more from alumni about their careers and time at Ohio State! We’d love to hear some advice about your careers and hear a little bit about what you do for work. Please reach out to our email osutriangle@gmail.com if you’d be willing to give advice or mentor some of our mentors!
Active brothers
Letter from our External Vice President As we are finishing up for our 2026 year, we wanted to inform all of our brothers about what the chapter has been doing over the past year. This year, we bolstered our relationship with our campus friends building relations with Phi Sigma Rho, Gamma Phi Beta, and Delta Omega Kappa. As we finish up 2026, we hope to throw more events with our on-campus friends and expand our presence at Ohio State. As a chapter, we’ve stayed busy with weekly brotherhood events such as movie nights, poker nights, and trips to local food spots throughout Columbus. We held two successful brotherhood retreats to Mineral Virginia and Fort Lauderdale this past year which we plan to replicate this coming year. Our chapter has bolstered its service efforts with multiple local nonprofits. We’re hoping to follow up our tremendous success last year with another incredible
Extra Life philanthropy initiative coming up October 24th! While we had to bid our senior class farewell, over the past year we welcomed 16 new brothers into our chapter and have an incoming new member class of 7. This year, we were honored to receive awards from Ohio State’s IFC and Nationals including Outstanding Service Initiative, Outstanding Philanthropic Initiative, and Third Highest Chapter GPA Nationally. Most excitingly, our chapter has signed for a new lease that will fit our chapter’s needs better. We’re very excited for the opportunity to continue growing at Ohio State and hope our new chapter house pushes the chapter to new heights. The future of our chapter is bright, and we hope to provide a highlight of our chapter’s activities. Thank you for your continued support. Fraternally, Andrew Minch, Alumni Chair 1

Philanthropy
Our chapter receiving the check for the blood drive
Last semester, we hosted our most successful spring philanthropy semester yet, raising $900. We brought back old favorites, continued hosting fundraisers at local bars, and rallied to support a local bar owner during a challenging medical situation. We also held our annual Triangle Toast sale, selling more than $200 worth of grilled cheese sandwiches on High Street. Through the IFC Blood Drive, we achieved the highest member participation rate and earned $500 for philanthropy efforts. We're hoping to build on this momentum during our annual Extra Life livestream beginning October 24 at noon. Stop by to help us raise money for Nationwide Children's Hospital as brothers play video games for 24 hours and take on challenges along the way.
Service We’ve spent a lot of time and effort to build up our service initiatives, and had another successful semester improving our community. We’ve developed great relationships with our local nonprofits, and continued to serve our community with them. Last semester, we continued to work with Lutheran Social Services to serve food to our local homeless community. We went back to the Mid Ohio Food Collective to serve at their food pantries, and continued to work with Adaptive Sports Connections and their bike maintenance program. With the warmer weather, we’re looking to clean up our local parks, and have hosted park cleanups with the Columbus Parks Service. Service is one of the most important things that we can do for our community, and we’re excited for another year of service to our community.
Our recent service event at the Mid Ohio Food Collective
Brotherhood Brotherhood has remained the cornerstone of our fraternity, and was a huge part of last semester. We continued to focus on weekly events aimed at bringing our brothers closer to one another. We’ve attended weekly trivia at one of our local bars for the past few years, held football watch parties, and held study tables at our revamped house. Our chapter has continued to explore Columbus, and we’ve tried to find time Our graduating class of seniors once a month to go for a nice meal or happy hour. Getting out of our campus area and exploring the amazing city we live in has been a great experience for our members! Last spring break we took our chapter back to Hollywood, Florida and enjoyed a few days off of class out on the beach. We have a scheduled upcoming fall break trip to the Great Lakes and are excited for another year of brotherhood. 2

THE FUTURE OF OUR CHAPTER As mentioned earlier in the newsletter, after nearly a decade on 12th avenue, Triangle is finally moving back to Iuka Avenue for the 2027-2028 school year. We previously held a property on Indianola with the rest of Ohio State’s Greek housing, and haven’t been able to move back since losing our property. Triangle Building & Housing Corporation (TBHC) Director Mike Fouts reached out to our chapter alumni this year, informing us of an opportunity to rent a property from Delta Sig on Iuka, and we rallied our brothers to sign the lease. We are beyond excited for this move, the new location will allow us to be a bigger part of campus life and the larger house suits our growing chapter’s needs more than our current property. This move is going to catapult our chapter into a new era of growth, involvement, and brotherhood. A move this big is going to cause us some challenges in the coming months, and we’re looking to call our local and national alumni for any assistance they can give with their time or resources to assist this move. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for our chapter’s growth and we would love to get our alumni involved with this move. If you have any time to spare we’re currently looking to expand our chapter’s alumni board. If this seems like something you would be interested in please reach out to osutriangleexec@gmail.com. There’s a lot of work left to be done to make this transition, but we’re prepared to put in the work for the future of our chapter. We can’t overstate how excited we are, and will have more information on what assistance we may need in the coming months. 4
