ABOUT TBHC With the progress of Triangle Fraternity, the Building Loan Fund knew it needed to evolve to support housing needs in parallel to the Fraternity’s vision. In 2014, it was decided that the BLF would transition to a stand-alone entity to enable a more dynamic response to the Fraternity’s housing needs. In 2014 the Triangle Building & Housing Corporation was formed in order to own & manage chapter assets, partner with local house corporations & alumni to implement industry standard life safety programs & facilities, and offer expanded educational training & programs. Historically, TBHC has proven the chapters we service are generally more successful on their campuses, have more members, and perform better in academics. We measure success by the success of the chapters we support.

CHAPTER TESTIMONY “As a young student joining an organization that had a stable, reliable, and supportive housing partnership meant the world to me and getting family support to join the organization was easy in part to the housing partnership MSU and TBHC had. Throughout my undergraduate career we would have ideas on improving the house in various ways that were always heard, evaluated, and many were implemented throughout my collegiate years (2018-2022). These changes allowed the chapter to host better events, build a more positive academic environment, and provide members living in house with a home they could be proud of. Post graduation I have stayed involved with the chapter alumni board and the improvements continue to come into the chapter home. The support TBHC has shown in the short time of my involvement with the chapter has been appreciated and our continued partnership pushes us to keep growing and succeeding as an organization.” Greyson L.
