Scholarships Awarded in 2022 The TAA Education Foundation is committed to developing dynamic multifamily career pathways and supporting educational opportunities through industry and community partnerships. One way is through awarding scholarships to advance the professional development of the local industry. Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) - In July, the TAA Education Foundation Scholarship Review Committee awarded a full scholarship to Courtney Adams (above left). She is Property Manager with 616 at the Village of Bell Partners, Inc. Her immediate supervisor describes Courtney as having, "a natural talent for leading and training her team." Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) - In August, the TAA Education Foundation Scholarship Review Committee awarded a full scholarship to Tashia Fuller (above right) with Apartments at the Arboretum of Stoltz Management of Delaware, Inc. Her immediate supervisor states Tashia, "strives for excellence in everything she does at work." Interested in applying, click here.
On Friday, September 16, 2022, the TAA Education Foundation is bringing back the Take 5! Business Exchange - also known as the Reverse Trade Show. With this event last occurring in 2019, we are very excited for its return. We will be hosting 23 owner/operator companies and 36 supplier member companies. For more information, click here.

What is a 50/50 raffle? A 50/50 raffle is a split revenue; half is awarded to the raffle winner and the other half is awarded to TAA Education Foundation! Donor Wall of Fame Another way to support the TAA Education Foundation is featuring your name or your company's name on our Donor Wall of Fame. Recent changes have allowed for donors to split their donations over a 12-month period. For more details, click here.
10th Anniversary Earlier this year, the TAA Education Foundation celebrated its 10th Anniversary. Since awarded its first scholarship in 2011, the Foundation has award over 60 scholarships and invested over $50,000 in professional development within our local multifamily housing industry.
