Abigail Grunow, 13, pays a visit to Pixie the alpaca shortly after getting an alpaca tattoo on her arm at the Trucks 4 Kids event at the Gibson County Fairgrounds. Grunow said she got the alpaca tattoo because she is “obsessed” with the animal.

Chef Adam Edwards speaks to kindergarten, first grade and second grade students at St. Joseph Catholic School. The school held a “Manners Matters” class to teach students proper etiquette. The meal served included family style Daily Clarion archive salad, Salisbury steak with gravy and roasted baby potaotes Tim Bottoms, Gibson County Sheriff, watches as results roll in Tuesday night at the Republican watch party. Bottoms won and a pumpkin mousse with fresh cinnamon apples. the sheriff ’s race with a little over 61 percent of the vote in the 2018 election.
