MEET NIKI JACQUES Coach, Mentor, Runner Niki Jacques has been a multi sport athlete her entire life. Sports, and running in particular, has been a part of her daily regime since she was young athlete, and has helped shape who she is today. She is a competitive runner, road, trail and ultra distance, adventure racer, backcountry enthusiast and was a member of Canada’s National Team for the sport of diving.

She is an advocate of young girls in sports and wants to bring running to everyone in the Tri-Cities, working towards getting girls off their phones, out of the malls and onto the track and roads. All you need are a pair of runners and a running buddy for lifelong dedication to the sport. You don’t need to be fast, quick or even talented to be a runner. Just a little grit and a great leader to help keep you on track.

Niki has been leading and inspiring people in health and fitness for the past 20 years. She was a dedicated trainer, the founder of 360 Cycle and is now a National Certified Running Coach. She has a lot of positive energy, and a ton to offer young girls growing up in today’s fast paced, social media based world.
