NOTICE OF INTENTION
2024 ANNUAL REPORT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 98 of the Community Charter, the Village of Belcarra must, by June 30 each year, prepare an annual report and make the report available for public inspection.
A draft of the 2024 Annual Report is available for viewing on the Village’s website under FinanceVillage of Belcarra. A copy of this information is also available for viewing at the front counter of the Village Hall, between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm from June 9, 2025 to June 23, 2025 excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays.
On Monday, June 23, 2025, Council will consider the 2024 Annual Report prepared under Section 98 of the Community Charter, as well as written submissions and questions from the public. Members of the public are invited to attend this meeting to provide feedback and comments during the Public Input Session on the agenda. They may also provide input for Council’s consideration by submitting their comments to the Corporate Officer using email, fax, mail or hand delivery by noon on June 23, 2025 All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and will be provided to Council prior to the meeting.
