“New Year, New You” and in this case, CovetED took the saying quite literally, presenting its current, fresh and improved look. As the world turns a new leaf, leaving behind stories, people, trends, and memories in 2021, we look forward to a raw start with a unique perspective towards the future, where endless stories are to be told and countless new opportunities are waiting to be discovered. 2022 is now a blank page waiting to be written, and so we start this new year with an explicit, updated vision of what design and luxury means. The 21st Edition focuses on “La Vie on Luxury”, a play on the two main themes for this issue: Paris & Luxury. As the world begins to slowly recover, we prepare ourselves to reconnect, and the city of lights is definitely the place to be and to start. As Maison et Objet returns, this CovetED edition will embrace not only the trade show itself but a Paris Special feature, where we explore some key points on the Parisian lush lifestyle and opinion leaders. As the world slowly opens its doors, why not take a journey with us, and explore some of the most Luxurious Hotels and Restaurants, or discover the uncharted and deep waters of interior design with some of the top and newest yachts on the market? Paris and Luxury go together as some refined wine and exquisite cheese, the perfect combination for a new beginning. Paris Design Week receives design aficionados from all the corners of the world, ready to get to know new concept stores, staged window displays, vernissages, detour-worthy boutiques, designer meet-and-greets, and extravagant events.
