Terms and Conditions: 1.
Eligibility: The competition is open to New Zealand residents only. Tremains staff, associated agencies and companies, and their families cannot enter the competition. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be residing in New Zealand at the time the competition is announced for your entry to be valid.

Entry: The competition is open to anyone who signs a 90-day exclusive Tremains agency agreement between 9 August 2021 and 14 November 2021 and the property related to the agency agreement sells under the agency agreement. A sale will be considered valid once an unconditional contract for sale has been entered.

Prizes: One prize is available, to be drawn on 24th of November, 2021. The prize consists of $35,000 cash.

Prize draw: The winner will be chosen by random draw of any entrants meeting the criteria of signing a 90-day exclusive agency agreement between 9 August 2021 and 14 November 2021. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone on 24 November. If the chosen winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to communications they will forfeit their prize and it will be redrawn. Should the property related to the agency agreement of the prize winner still be for sale at the time the prize is drawn, the prize will not be paid until the property is sold. If, prior to or subsequent to the prize draw, the agency agreement ceases without the property being sold, the prize will be forfeited and it will be redrawn.

Validation: Tremains reserves the right to request entrants provide proof of age, identity and residence.

Delivery: Prizes will be made via bank transfer to the winner's bank account, which must be an account established in New Zealand. The winner will need to provide a bank account number in order to receive their prize.
7.
No correspondence: The decision of Tremains is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.
Not transferrable: The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or exchangeable.
9.
Costs and tax: All other costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of, and at the cost of, the participant. Tremains is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.

No liability: Tremains and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) or damage or personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any redemption item (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded to the minimum allowable by law. 11. Information: Entry into this promotion is deemed as consent to use entrants’ names and photographs for any publicity associated with this promotion without further payment or other compensation. 12. Due to the recent COVID-19 lockdown the 'Imagine $35,000' campaign has been extended to the 14th of November 2021.
