Bespoke Fabricated Trunk

Our fabricated trunk trees are manufactured with a strong steel core and can be up to 30m in height. We cover the frame with special materials that allow us to hand carve the trunk into the desired shape, including any features if necessary. We then cover the hand carved structure with FR bark sheeting. Our talented in-house team colour the trunk by hand using special techniques. Finally, we foliate the canopy with one of our premium FireSilx foliage choices. The result is a museum grade tree that is difficult to tell apart from the real thing.

Custom Natural Trunk Trees

Our real trunks come from sustainable sources from either local or overseas suppliers. We begin by kiln drying the trunk to preserve the wood and remove any unwanted bugs. We add our canopy frame on top by using clever techniques that disguise any joins. Finally, we foliate with one of our premium FireSilx foliage choices. We end up with a tree preserved for life with the beautiful natural features nature produces.

Artificial green walls provide the same wow factor as the real thing but without the costly installation and maintenance. We stock an extensive range of lush faux foliage and colourful plants that can all be attached to our green wall frames. From small potted flowers to large luxurious exterior planters, they are all manufactured and arranged in the UK.

UVsilx is our range of colourfast foliage. The products are tough, inherently fade resistant and capable of withstanding large variations in temperature while remaining incredibly realistic. We have had our UVsilx products tested to ISO 489-3 and ASTM G154-12a, and official certificates are available on request.

Our Inherently fire retardant foliage, FireSilx, is guaranteed for life. We use fire-resistant materials and chemicals during manufacture resulting in 100% flame retardant products. We ensure no sticky, oily or greasy films as we don’t use sprays or dips postmanufacture. Our impressive collection of worldwide FR tests, including our recently acquired DIN 4102 B1, are all available on request.
