TAKING THE NORTH FURTHER | THURSDAY 19 OCTOBER 2023
COMING TOGETHER TO NORMALISE MENOPAUSE To mark Menopause Awareness Day, colleagues came together yesterday to sit down and talk about menopause - helping to reduce the stigma around talking about menopause and turn it into a natural conversation. Menopause cafés were held at locations across our network, including in Sheffield, Hull, Huddersfield and Middlesbrough, hosted by our Occupational Health Team and Menopause Ambassadors. If you’re interested in becoming a Menopause Ambassador email occupational.health@tpexpress.co.uk with a short paragraph on why you want to be an ambassador.
MAKING JOURNEYS BETTER: OUR PLAN FOR THE FUTURE This week we’re pleased to have released a detailed plan which outlines the steps we’re taking to not only make journeys better for customers, but also how we’re making TPE a better place to work. ‘Making Journeys Better: Our Plan for the Future gives clear details of the issues we have faced during the past two years, as well as outlining how we, under DOHL, are working to make things better, having completed an in-depth review of the business. If you’d like to learn more about our plans, a special copy of the document has been created for colleagues and distributed to depots and offices across the network (an electronic version is here). You can view an electronic version of the full plan via our website.
