LOOK BACK AT OUR TPE WEEK OF INCLUSION Last week we launched our first ever TPE Week of inclusion. The week celebrated the diversity and individuality of our colleagues and customers through a series of events and unique stories.

We would like to thank everyone who got involved in the week and made it such a positive occasion. Here’s a quick round-up of how we celebrated the week…
Friday: On Friday colleagues also joined our ‘Lunch and Learn’ session hosted by our Occupational Health Manager Debbie Easby. Speakers talked about their own life experiences around mental health and how to access support. If you would like to catch up on the session you can here
Monday: The week kickstarted with the launch of our newly named Unity train, which has been wrapped in the most upto-date Pride Progress Flag. We also announced an exciting new charitable partnership with The Proud Trust. Tuesday: On Tuesday we shared five short videos that captured colleagues’ experiences around key themes of inclusion: Watch the videos explaining what inclusion means to our people by clicking here. Wednesday: On Wednesday, colleagues joined our ‘Pastries and Panel’ event with our Women at TPE network. Finally, we also launched our Neurodiversity Networking Group. The group aims to raise awareness about adjustments that can be made for colleagues, as well as help guide TPE towards becoming a more inclusive employer.
