THE POWER GRIPZ STORY... Designed by linemen, for linemen. They were looking for a better glove. They ended up creating the best glove ever made. It was a day like any other... just a few veteran linemen swapping stories. The ranks of professional linemen know the risks of working aloft in all weather, and know their equipment and safety procedures are designed to keep them safe. But, on this particular day, they realized everyone had a shared concern; their existing leather gloves create a sense of insecurity because they just don't provide the grip they need along with the high voltage safety. That got them to thinking; there has to be a glove out there that provides better control on the job, more help with the grip. Except there wasn’t. So they set out to design a glove that would deliver the safety, grip and control they needed. While researching, testing and perfecting this new design of linemen leather protector gloves, they created the solution for personal safety, efficiency and effectiveness on the job. Warranty Information: The Power Gripz protectors/gloves provide the highest available gripping performance on the market; have an ATPV rating of 40cal/CM2; HAF rating of 94%; meet and/or exceed ASTM F696/F2675 standards for leather protectors and block 94% of heat penetration in EBT testing. The Power Gripz is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and to meet the requirement of current ASTM standards at time of shipment. Our only obligation will be, at our option, to replace any portion proving defective or to refund the purchase price thereof. The buyer assumes all other risks, if any, such as the risk of any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use, these products. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of the warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, and may not be varied or extended except in writing by an authorized official of The Power Gripz. The Power Gripz will replace, free of charge, the gloves/protectors that prove to be defective in workmanship or material, when they are: 1) subject to fair treatment, 2) stored correctly, 3) shipping charges are prepaid, and 4) the gloves are returned within 90 days of purchase with original receipt and or PO# referenced and a RMA# from The Power Gripz. Please be advised that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use and/or sizing. All return freight charges must be paid by the customer, unless The Power Gripz authorizes otherwise.
