Kerry are the firm favourites to advance to the All-Ireland Football Final, according to Ladbrokes.
The Kingdom sits at 4/7 to beat the Tyrone team in Croke Park this Saturday.
Under Captain Gavin White’s direction, Kerry are a dominant force in the championship this year, while Tyrone will be looking to upset the odds after a strong run to the semi-finals. They are at 15/8 in the betting. The match kicks off at 5pm on Saturday, July 12th.
Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes commented: “Kerry have been in excellent form this year, but Tyrone will be no pushovers. It’s sure to be an exciting clash, and punters are backing the Kingdom to edge closer to the silverware once again.”
Keith from Green Energy Ireland answers some of the most popular question he gets while out and about transforming homes, business & schools into using green energy!

Q: How many solar panels will I need?
A: That depends on your usage, roof space, and orientation. A typical home using ~3,900 kWh/year may need about 10 panels (4kW system). If your panels face east or there's shading, you may need more. We recommend a tailored assessment to get it right.

Sales Manager, Green Energy Ireland
We are delighted with the feedback we are getting from some of our recent Solar Energy clients.
Keith Malee, Sales Manager, Green Energy Ireland
We installed 16 panels (10 south and 6 East facing), in late Jan of this year and despite a slow start, we have enjoyed a dream year so far. We've generated over 3.5 MWatts so far, and looking forward to being in credit for electricity for a lot of the rest of the year!
Couldn't praise Keith and all the staff highly enough. Everything done to a great standard, and all on the day as promised. Really neat job and looking forward to many electricity bill free months for years to come!

Since its formation in 2019, the Tralee Dementia Friendly Interagency Group has become a powerful example of what strong local collaboration can achieve. This initiative brings together the HSE, Kerry County Council, An Garda Síochána, the local GAA, NEKD, the Alzheimer Society of Ireland, local businesses, and various voluntary and statutory agencies, all with a shared mission—to raise awareness of dementia and help create a more inclusive and supportive environment for those living with dementia or memory difficulties. With over 64,000 people in Ireland currently diagnosed and 30 new cases daily, that number is projected to rise to 150,000 by 2045. The need for local action is now. Tralee’s commitment to becoming a dementia-friendly town is a community-wide effort, based
on the principle that people living with dementia deserve to feel understood, valued, and supported in their daily lives. Achievements to date include the production of a Dementia Information Card, GAA volunteer training and accessibility audits, and the launch of the Kingdom Café—designed to offer a relaxed, welcoming space for people with dementia to connect with others.
In February, a key Dementia Awareness Training event was held at the Rose Hotel, drawing strong attendance from a wide range of Tralee businesses and organisations. Those who took part included An Post, Kerry County Museum, Baile Mhuire, CH Chemists, Dunnes Stores, Michael Guineys, Local Link Kerry, the Jack and Jill Foundation, Cara Credit Union, the Department of Social Protection, Rose Hotel,

The Tralee Municipal District warmly welcomed Dr. Jilan Wahba Abdalmajid, Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Ireland, during her official visit to the town on Wednesday. The visit marked a deepening of the sister city relationship between Tralee and Beit Sahour in Palestine.
Ambassador Abdalmajid began her visit at the Destination Town Gateway on the N86 road into Tralee, where the name of Beit Sahour is proudly displayed alongside Tralee’s international partners. Following this symbolic photo opportunity, the Ambassador
was honoured at a welcome event held at Council Chambers, hosted by members of the Tralee Municipal District.
Mayor of Tralee, Cllr. Terry O’Brien, spoke of the town’s solidarity with the Palestinian people. “We recognise the challenges faced by the Palestinian people, and it is our hope that through dialogue, cooperation, and goodwill, a just and lasting peace can be achieved,” he said. “Today’s visit reflects our respect for Palestinian history, culture, and aspirations.”
Ambassador Abdalmajid expressed her gratitude to the people of
Kerry for their continued support and used the occasion to reiterate a call for peace. “From this place, I call for an immediate ceasefire in Palestine,” she said. “This visit begins a new chapter in the sister city bond between Tralee and Beit Sahour, and the gateway sign stands as a symbol of the strong ties between Ireland and Palestine.” The visit reinforced Tralee’s commitment to international friendship and peace-building.

The Irish Kidney Association (IKA) has launched a new digital Organ Donor Card, now available to download to your Apple or Google Wallet via www.ika.ie/donorcard. This timely initiative follows the commencement of Part 2 of the Human Tissue Act, reinforcing the importance of sharing your donation wishes with loved ones.
The digital card aims to make it easier for people to declare their intention to donate organs, while sparking vital family conversations. Though it doesn’t serve as legal consent, it is a powerful reminder
of a person’s commitment to saving lives. The card can be easily shared from your phone and acts as a prompt for families in critical moments.
Supporting the launch was 21-yearold Lana Devine from Kells, Co. Meath, who is currently on dialysis at Beaumont Hospital. Lana received a kidney transplant at age four, allowing her a healthy childhood, but her transplant failed in 2023. “I feel incredibly fortunate to have received a kidney transplant,” she said. “I hope this digital donor card helps others understand the importance of organ donation.” Under new laws, all adults are considered potential donors unless they opt out via the HSE register. However, family consent is still essential, making communication critical.
With over 670 people in Ireland currently waiting for transplants— most for kidneys—the digital card
offers a convenient, meaningful way to support organ donation and save lives.

KERRY FC
SSE Airtricity First Division – Matchday 22
Kerry FC 0–4 Dundalk FC
Kerry FC returned to Mounthawk Park after two tough away defeats, hoping to bounce back against league leaders Dundalk. Despite a bright start and efforts from Sean McGrath and Kennedy Amechi, Dundalk capitalised on Kerry errors, taking the lead through Harry Groome on 19 minutes.
Kerry rallied before halftime, but Dundalk doubled their lead on 59 minutes via Eoin Kenny. Debutant Arran Healy impressed off the bench, but Kerry struggled against Dundalk’s composure and pace.
Two late goals in stoppage time – a Keith Ward free kick and a finish from Andy Paraschiv – sealed a dominant 4-0 win for the visitors. It was a harsh result for Kerry, who showed flashes of quality but were ultimately outclassed. New signing Healy offers hope going forward. Kerry now shift focus to a key clash away at Longford Town next weekend.
Team News
Arran Healy joined from Cork City and made his debut. Ronan Teahan remained an unused sub due to injury.
