The Personal Profile is unique to you and is full of useful information on personal preferences and working style. The purpose of the tool is to improve understanding and appreciation of what makes us and others tick, encouraging respect for different approaches and strengthening relationships. When used most effectively, this tool can be weaved throughout the culture to support development of strategy, vision, behaviour, values, decisions, operational plans and processes.

Susan Coull, MD, is an executive coach and trainer with over 30 years’ experience of senior leadership in the NHS. She founded Coull Coaching LTD in 2014. Its simple and quick to access a profile. The instructions are sent to you in an email with a unique code and the Insights Discovery Evaluator takes only 15-20 mins to complete. Susan ,who is a Licensed Practitioner with 10 plus years’ experience coaching with the tool, will send your completed profile (pdf copy) to you via email and arrange a 1:1 debrief to explain the psychology behind the colour energies.
