The Bridge A Trailer Bridge Newsletter
A MESSAGE FROM OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Trailer Bridge is Entering a New Chapter. As we look ahead, we are working together to continue Trailer Bridge’s forward progress. Our focus is clear: support our people, serve our customers, and continue strengthening our business. This is already underway. One of our highest priorities is delivering greater consistency across our Puerto Rico service. We know there is work to do, and we are investing in the people, assets and partnerships needed to strengthen our operation for the long term. This year, that has included significant investment in our roll-on, rolloff vessels through scheduled dry docks, increased reefer capabilities and new technology across our fleet. We are also strengthening the partnerships that support our service from the terminal to the water. These are not short-term decisions. They are investments in the service we are committed to providing the people of Puerto Rico for decades to come. Over the past few months, we have spent a great deal of time listening to our customers and our teams. Consistency matters. Communication matters. Ease of doing business matters. And, most importantly, earning and keeping your trust matters. As we look to the end of 2026, we want to finish strong. We are energized by the opportunities that lie ahead. We look forward to writing the next chapter of the Trailer Bridge story with you.

Connecting With Our Customers in Puerto Rico There’s no substitute for hearing directly from our customers. This quarter, members of Trailer Bridge’s Executive Team spent time in Puerto Rico connecting with customers to celebrate our partnership and gain valuable insight into their businesses, priorities and evolving needs. Those conversations help keep our customers at the center of the decisions we make and the investments we’re making in our Puerto Rico service. As we look ahead, their feedback will continue to play an important role in how we strengthen the customer experience and serve the island for years to come.

Open Enrollment is Coming! Mark your calendar for Monday, November 9 through Sunday, November 22 to review your benefits and make any updates for the year ahead.
TBWellness Tip October is Emotional Wellness Month. With open enrollment right around the corner, October is a great time to check in on more than just your physical health. Emotional wellness plays a big role in how we manage stress, relationships, work and everyday life. A few simple ways to prioritize your well-being this month: • Use the benefits available to you: take a few minutes during open enrollment to review the mental health and wellness resources included in your benefits, not just your medical plan. • Pay attention to stress before it piles up: sleep, movement, time outside, unplugging after work or even taking a real lunch break away from your desk can make a difference. • Use your PTO: time away from work is part of taking care of yourself. If you have time available, don’t wait until you’re completely burned out to use it • Check in with yourself and others: sometimes a quick conversation with a friend, coworker or family member can go a long way • Know when to ask for support: if stress or other challenges start feeling difficult to manage on your own, take advantage of the resources available thru your benefits
22
We’ll kick things off during the first week with helpful benefits information, activities, prizes and more. Stay tuned for more details on what we have planned!
Year-end Reminders Before the year wraps up, take a few minutes to check these important items: • Use your FSA funds: FSA balances do not roll over, so check your balance and make a plan to use any remaining funds by December 31. • Review your emergency contacts: Make sure your contact information is accurate and up to date. • Check your beneficiaries: Review your current beneficiary designations and make any needed updates. A few minutes now can help you start the new year with everything up to date!
Get Your Flu Shot & Earn a Reward Flu shots are available at Walgreens, CVS and Publix at no cost with insurance. Employees enrolled in a Trailer Bridge UnitedHealthcare (UHC) plan can also earn a $10 reward through UHC Rewards after getting their flu shot. Protect yourself this flu season and don’t forget to claim your reward!
Back to Basics, Big Results In August, we kicked off the TB Well Back To Basics Challenge! As a company we traveled 1,951 miles and logged 765 meals and snacks during the challenge! Congratulations to the winners of the challenge:
