Goodbye Lizy!
Baby White is due in early November, so we are waving goodbye to our wonderful Product Development queen, Lizy! Best of luck with everything Lizy – we’ll miss you and your infectious energy around Traidcraft HQ. We can’t wait to meet the little one! How amazing is this T-shirt from Chris in Warrington? It features recycled packaging from our award-winning tea packaging, as well as chocolate from Divine Chocolate.

Welcome to the Team, Helen!
A warm welcome to Helen who will be covering Lizy’s maternity leave. "I’ll be taking over from Lizy in Product Development whilst she’s on maternity leave. In my rare free time around looking after my 2 year old son, I enjoy crafting and cooking. I’ve already started sampling some Traidcraft ingredients and looking through the recipes in our cookbooks!

Is it just me, or has Christmas shopping started earlier this year? Perhaps people are making up for lost time and planning the most perfect, ethical Christmas for 2021.
It’s all go here at Traidcraft HQ, with our Warehouse and Customer Services Teams working long hours to ensure your goodies are ordered, picked, packed and shipped to you quickly. We hope you’re receiving them with delight, and that you’re seeing increased sales across your stalls and shops.
Along with helping out to alleviate the workload in Warehouse and Customer Services, our Publications Team have also produced a beautiful Christmas gift guide and catalogue. If you haven’t received your copies yet, they’re on the way!
Also, if you haven’t had chance to download the point of sale materials that our team have created, you can do so here. Print these posters at home and display them somewhere accessible, to educate potential customers on why spending that little bit more on ethical is an investment in the long-term. Why not forward the Digital PDF to your customers, friends, congregation or cohort and ask them to order by reply? Or invite contacts to a Zoom or Skype meeting and share the digital PDF?
