OUR TOUR DIRECTOR ROBINA WAS EXCELLENT. Nothing was too much for her, she was amazingly attentive to all the passengers on the bus.

Very bubbly personality, always smiling and it is clear she absolutely loves her country and her job. Al the bus driver again I could not fault him, he often shuttled us around to and from town.

The bus was immaculate and I remember looking outside my hotel window late one afternoon to see him washing the bus after a very long days drive. From start to fi nish the tour, including the amazing cruise, was wonderful. I especially liked how we stayed 2 days in each area. Plenty of time to explore or do optional extras.

There were lots of eating options and our tour Director always had good ideas on where to eat and very reasonably priced. Much better than a previous tour I went on where meals were included.

Entering Iguassu National Park on the Brazilian side of the falls this morning, venture down to the ominously named and utterly exhilarating Devil's Throat, the tallest and most impressive of Iguassu's waterfalls. This afternoon keep the adrenalin levels high on an Optional Experience^ hike down a canyon to Macuco Falls, where you'll then board a custom designed inflatable motorboat for a high intensity ride to the base of the falls, or opt to visit a bird park where you can spot more than 150 different species of birds. complaint procedure & consumer protection Complaint Procedure If you have a problem during your holiday please inform Trafalgar’s Travel Director/Local Representative immediately, who will try to make things right. If the matter was not resolved locally, please write to Trafalgar’s Guest Relations Department at the address below within sixty (60) days of the end of the Trafalgar holiday, as it is important that you provide us the information quickly. Please quote your booking reference number and all relevant information. Failure to follow this procedure may delay or deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem, which may affect the way your complaint is dealt with and your rights under this contract. In any legal action, arbitration, or other proceeding to enforce, interpret or construe the terms of this Agreement, or concerning any grievance relating to the trip, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its actual reasonable legal fees, costs and expenses.

We provide full financial protection for our package holidays.

When you buy an ATOL protected air holiday package, flight and/or “flight plus” holiday from Trafalgar you will receive an ATOL certificate from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked), confirming your protection under our Air Travel Organiser’s License number 10148. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.

When you buy a package holiday that does not include a flight, protection is provided by way of a bond held by ABTA.

You will be met at your front door by your driver who will assist with your bags before whisking you to the airport in a private executive saloon car, all in plenty of time to make your way to check-in.

At the end of your holiday, on arrival at your UK airport, you will be greeted by your driver waiting in the arrivals hall and escorted to your car for a smooth and comfortable journey home.
