TERMS & CONDITIONS MINIMUM ORDERS: $150 opening orders / $100 re-orders.

PRODUCT MINIMUMS: All products must be ordered in “minimum quantity” increments.

FREIGHT: Eugene, OR. Unless your order specifies a carrier, we will determine the most economical shipping method. Oak Patch Gifts will prepay freight on UPS or FedEx Ground shipments & add it to your invoice.

PAYMENT TERMS: Standard terms are net 90 days on opening orders over $400, net 45 days on re-orders from date of invoice with approved credit. Credit card orders are also acceptable & processed after credit card authorization. If account is set up with standard terms & customer chooses to pay by credit card after the invoice issue date, a 3% fee will be assessed. Past due accounts are subject to a $25 nonrefundable late fee & the possibility of revocation of established terms. All NSF checks will accrue a $35 fee.

BACKORDERS: We will ship back-ordered product that meets the minimum re-order as soon as it becomes available. If you do not wish to receive back orders, please notify Oak Patch Gifts’ Customer Service.

RETURNS: Please open & inspect your merchandise promptly: all returns must be called in to Oak Patch Gifts’ Customer Service within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be authorized, in original packaging/free of retail stickers, & are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns are for credit only.

SHORTAGES, OVERAGES & DAMAGED GOODS: If your shipment does not match your order, or if goods are damaged, please notify Oak Patch Gifts’ Customer Service within ten (10) working days of receipt of shipment.
