Summertime & Hot Weather Shipping of Chocolate!
We ship year round HOWEVER, during the hot months or for locations that are always hot, we suggest that the chocolate shipping time is 2 days only, and that it is shipped in our cooler box with ice. The additional charges for these range from $4.00 for insulated foil wrap to $7.00 Styrofoam cooler. This charge is per shipping box. Also remember the weight of the actual shipment will go up because of the ice packs. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OF THE CHOCOLATE ONCE IT LEAVES OUR PLANT. IN OTHER WORDS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED PRODUCT! PLEASE advise your customers to get their chocolate or other perishable products in during the cooler months if at all possible.
