Minimum initial order requirements:
• $250 retail value for credit card accounts.
• $500 for Net 30 accounts.
• 250 pieces for custom orders.
• 36 pieces for namedrop banners.
• 48 pieces for oval namedrops.
Reorder requirements:
• $150 retail value for all accounts
• 150 pieces for custom reorders.
Payment Terms
Open credit Net 30 accounts require: signed credit application, tax exempt certificate, business details, resale number, owner names, billing/shipping addresses, and three gift trade references.
All other orders must be prepaid. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx), ACH, and check.
Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are FOB Lincoln, RI. Freight is prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise specified at the time your order is placed.
TERMS OF SALE
Cancellation Policy
All orders are non-cancellable as stated on the order form or quote. A signed purchase order or email approving the order will validate acceptance of this policy.
Returns & Refunds
Check orders upon receipt and contact us within 10 business days for damaged or incorrect items.
To return products:
• Obtain an RMA number from your representative.
• The RMA must be written on the outside of the box. ChemArt Company DBA Beacon Design will credit or replace damaged items.
• Namedrop and custom items approved by the client and meeting quality standards are non-returnable.
• Customer pays freight on all returns.
Product Information
• Each piece is handcrafted with care, resulting in slight differences that reflect the human touch, but maintains the approved design and consistent quality that our customers expect.
• Backorders are permitted unless the item is discontinued.
