ORDERS: • Initial opening order: $150
• Reorders: $100
PRICES: All prices are based on FOB Dallas, TX and are subject to change without notice.
TERMS: • Net 30 terms available upon credit approval for the order over $350 .
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card.
• A finance charge of 1 ½% per month will be assessed against any past due amount.
• There is a $25.00 fee for any return ed check.
NEW ACCOUNTS: New accounts must furnish at least three trade references and complete a new account application
SHIPMENTS: • Orders will be sh ipped as complete as possible.
• We will use the shipping carrier as per customer's instructions or ship by best way avai lable.
• Items that are not in stock at time of shipment will be back ordered unless specified otherwise.
CLAIMS:
• Retain all packing materials and the original caiton for inspection.
• Report all damages to the carrier and us within 30 days of delivery.
RETURNS: • No unauthorized returns.

• A 15% restocking charge will be assessed except for defective items.
