2020 NEW COLLECTIONS

CoasterStone has strong Indiana roots, dating back to 1821. For more than 100 years, CoasterStone manufactured whetstones, a natural stone used for sharpening knives, before moving to become the first truly absorbing coaster company in 1983. Although we no longer use whetstones, our absorbent stone has been perfected and is beautifully decorated by the more than 2,000 designs from artists across the country. We pride ourselves in our long-term history, our innovative growth over nearly 200 years and our production of a high quality product that makes a lasting impression.

Dear Valued Customers, 2020 was supposed to be THE year. You know, the year of perfect vision.

In just a short time, that changed across the world. While the effects of the pandemic are far reaching from artists to retailers to everyday celebrations in life, we are choosing to pivot, to evolve and to simply move forward with the good. CoasterStone has remained committed to offering a vast selection of designs showcasing different styles across the country. We say everyone should have a set of coasters in their home, but really, CoasterStone coasters are more than a coaster, they are a piece of art. The coasters celebrate the vision, unique methods and inspiration from artists of all backgrounds. That is the vision we want you to see and to offer your customers as they walk into your stores. We want them to appreciate the art, feel the inspiration and add a little extra happiness to their homes. I encourage you to look though our designs with a different lens. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

CoasterStone® is the original absorbent stone coaster company steeped in a tradition of customer service and personal support. Our most important job is taking care of you, our customer, and ultimately the consumer, your customer. If either you or your customers have a problem or concern, please contact us immediately.

Production begins on all orders once the order is received from the customer. Since the orders are made to order, we are unable to accept any returns. If we have sent the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 10 days for a replacement or credit. Canceled orders will incur a charge equal to the value of products in production and/or already produced.

TERMS

Payment is due Net 30 days from invoice date to customers with satisfactory credit ratings. Late payments may result in loss of credit terms. Until credit is established, advance payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. A 3% service charge will be added to Net 30 accounts if paid with a credit card after shipping. There is a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks.

To establish a Net 30 credit account, please provide three trade references plus one bank reference. Submit request in writing to: customerservice@coasterstone.com. Late payments will result in a loss of credit.

Opening order - $200. Reorder - $100. Mix and match any coaster sets, minimum of 2 sets per design. Drop shipping is available at $4.50 per address.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE

All claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. In case of damage, file a claim with carrier immediately. Always retain all packing materials for the carrier to inspect. A credit memo will be issued to resolve damage.

LIABILITY LIMIT

This product has been thoroughly inspected before shipment.

In the unlikely event of a product defect (excluding breakage), the Company’s only obligation and buyer’s exclusive remedy is the replacement or repair of the product at no charge to the buyer. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
