| AC C O M M O DAT I O N S | Guest rooms and villas feature tropical décor, pillow-top bedding, custom artwork, HDTVs and travertine tile. Hotel rooms include a wet bar area with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishware. Other room amenities include WiFi, in-room movies, and conveniences of a hair dryer, lighted make-up mirror, iron/board and in-room safe. The resort is non-smoking.

Overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, the 7th-floor Executive Conclave consists of four separately keyed units with 5 bedrooms. The common area is perfect as a convenient gathering spot, hospitality or for small informal sessions. Penthouses and Cypress Villa are also popular for VIPs. GROUP RESERVATIONS

You and your attendees will appreciate the surprising level of personal attention from the TradeWinds staff. Your group will be assigned a group reservations agent and convention services manager who, together with the sales manager, will coordinate every facet, large and small, of your event. Your convention services manager is on call 24/7 during your meeting.

A / V SERVICES

Your group reservations agent is an integral part of our on-site call center. Our friendly agents are intimately familiar with our resorts and the area and will personally handle your group reservation needs. We can also set up your group with online reservations, or both … it’s your choice.

BUSINESS SERVICES

Copying, faxing, computer use, airline schedules and free printing of boarding passes are available in the Business Center. Language translation, general secretarial services and rental of copiers, fax machines, computers and printers can also be arranged.

MEETING PLANNER OFFICES

Two lockable offices in the Grand Palm Colonnade are available for the use of meeting planners.

RESORT SERVICES

Typically included in the group rate are parking fees, guest room and public area WiFi, business center use, faxes, fitness center, tennis court time, as well as other amenities.

TRANSPORTATION

Our on-site Resort Transportation Services offers a fleet of sedans, vans and a 20-passenger shuttle bus to get your group to and fro. Arrangements can be made for 47- or 55-passenger motor coaches, stretch limos … you name it. Airport transportation can be made in advance. Hertz Car Rental is on-site and the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs 25 miles along the beach for sightseeing.

Our enthusiastic recreation counselors will customize a program to your specific meeting goals. Some of our options include team-building programs; stretch breaks; golf, tennis and fishing tournaments; boat-building regattas; scavenger hunts; volleyball with glow-inthe-dark body paint; spousal activities and children’s programs.

FITNESS & SPA SERVICES

Take advantage of our fitness centers at both resorts equipped with a full range of state-of-the-art equipment. Body Works Salon & Spa offers skin care services, plus body treatments, and massage. Find equipment, hours and menu of services online.

DISABILITY & SPECIAL NEEDS

TradeWinds Island Resorts are ADA compliant and designated as special needs friendly resorts by Be Friendlier. Auxiliary aids are available by advance request, and our culinary team will work with groups having special dietary needs.

PARKING & SECURITY

Overnight self-parking fee is typically included in the group rate. Valet parking is available at Island Grand’s lobby. TradeWinds provides 24-hour resort security.

Special requirements for meeting room security should be made in advance.

ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES

CHILDREN’S SERVICES

Licensed and bonded babysitters are available 24 hours a day. The recreation staff also provides a variety of children’s activities, and special programs for groups can be arranged in advance.
