About your Yoga Instructor:

Angie Obrigkeit, RYT200 is a local yogi and energy healer with a love of meaningful connections and community. Yoga practices with Angie emphasize flow and general well-being. Angie frequently offers sound healing and incorporates reiki into her classes to promote connection to spirit and alignment of the mind, heart, and body An experience with Angie will leave you feeling balanced and grateful Participants are invited to explore the farm, visit the other farm animals and walk the nature trail after yoga.

Please arrive 15min before start time, to check in, set up and sign a waiver. What to bring? yoga mat or towel, water. Some yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don't have your own As an outdoor event bugs are a possibility, bring the repellant of your choice

Age Restrictions:

All participants must have enough self-control to remain on the yoga mat during instruction All under-age participants must be accompanied by a participating and supervising adult. Age limit 5+ yrs old and meet the above criteria.
