She discovered sourcing and roasting coffee were more meaningful roles in the supply chain. That dream of opening a coffee shop transformed into one of operating a coffee roasting company.

Christina founded Favor Coffee in 2020 with the ideals of relationship-driven sourcing and quality-focused roasting. Favor’s mission is to roast beautiful coffees to celebrate and enjoy everyday.

CHAD, BARBARA & CLINT Chad, Barbara and Clint Braidwood worked as research consultants for the pharmaceutical industry. They studied and tested medications on different diseases and witnessed an over-dependence on medications while not enough attention and education on changing one’s dietary and lifestyle habits that, in many instances, can yield the same results.

In 2011 they welcomed the chance to selling EVOO (Extra virgin Olive Oil) and founded Saratoga Olive oil, as it was aligned with their desire to educate the public on healthy dietary choices.
