Compliance Windows The Compliance Window system at Signet is designed to deliver
02
structured, in-depth training on key compliance topics at strategic points throughout the year. Rather than concentrating all learning at onboarding, the approach ensures that employees receive ongoing, focused training
When individuals first join the business, they are provided with an introductory overview of core compliance principles. This initial training establishes a baseline understanding of expectations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
However, more detailed and topic-specific training is delivered through scheduled “compliance windows” during the year. Each window focuses on particular areas of compliance, allowing employees to build deeper knowledge over time. This phased approach helps reinforce learning, keeps compliance front of mind, and ensures that training remains timely and effective.
Overall, the system supports continuous development, promotes better retention of information, and helps ensure that all employees remain up to date with compliance requirements.
