A note on viewings

After we list your home, you will be contacted about viewings. Here are a few things to keep in mind…

We will call or text you requesting a viewing at a specific time and day. Please note, while we can request a minimum requirement for showing notifies, there are agents that may not honor our request. This is out of our control, but we will do everything possible to avoid it.

If you have pets, be sure to take them elsewhere during viewings. If that’ s not possible, contain them in the backyard or crate.

Always make arrangements to be out of your home during viewings. Having the sellers present makes the buyers feel uncomfortable, and they will focus more on the fact that you were there than on the home.

We do not want “ uncomfortable ” to be their memory of your home!
