Jo founded Trapeze in 2016, following 20 years in corporate recruitment. She prides herself on her tenacious ability to search and can quickly match a candidate’s skill set and employment history to a job description. Recruitment targets are a thing of her corporate past, and she now empowers a service-based approach to recruitment, as opposed to the heavy sales technique used by many competitors.
Emma is a very competent recruiter from an HR background and possesses great empathy regarding the recruitment process and knows what constitutes a meaningful recruitment experience. Her communication as a recruitment consultant is exceptional.
Jodie is a positive people person who can quickly form strong working relationships with candidates and clients.
