MISSION IMPACT CATALOG

A Christ-centered education changes lives in ways that extend beyond the classroom.

At The Potter’s House, students grow in knowledge, faith, and purpose. Along the way, they experience the love of Jesus through caring teachers, a community built across cultures, and an education that equips them for lifelong success.

This Mission Impact Catalog offers a glimpse into the ways students are learning, growing, and thriving throughout our community. Each section highlights an important part of that journey, and how you can invest in our students’ education.

We invite you to explore the stories and opportunities that help make The Potter’s House a place where students are equipped to serve God and society to their fullest potential.

Open Doors for Every Student

Make a Christ-centered education possible for students of every economic level and cultural background.

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn in a school where they are known, challenged, loved, and invited to grow in faith. At The Potter’s House, a family’s financial circumstances should never determine whether a child can experience a Christ-centered education.

Because of generous donors like you, families from every income level can choose The Potter’s House. Nearly 80% of TPH families receive tuition assistance, and your gift helps bridge the gap between what families can pay and the true cost of education. It opens a classroom door, creates stability for a family, and gives students the chance to discover who God created them to be.

“I am excited to be part of the community of TPH and have teachers that love Jesus and give me a picture of what Jesus is like. The Potter’s House has helped me grow spiritually, socially, academically, and emotionally.”

Give students the tools to learn, create, and grow.

When students have the right tools, they can focus on learning, growing, and discovering their gifts. From books and classroom supplies to technology, science equipment, art materials, and hands-on learning resources, these everyday tools make meaningful learning possible.

A well-equipped classroom tells students that their education matters. It gives teachers what they need to create lessons that are engaging, rigorous, and responsive. It helps students explore new interests, ask better questions, and see themselves as capable learners.

Your gift helps provide the resources that support students from their first days of school through graduation. The result? Students like Megan who have fallen in love with learning.

Invest in Faith Formation

Grow disciples, not just graduates.

At The Potter’s House, faith is not limited to a Bible class or chapel service. It is woven into daily life through prayer, worship, discipleship groups, relationships with teachers and mentors, Scripture study, and opportunities for students to serve and lead.

Students are invited to ask honest questions, grow in their understanding of God’s Word, care for one another, and make their faith their own. Older students mentor younger students. Teachers pray with students in difficult moments. Friends gather to study Scripture, share burdens, and encourage one another.

Your gift helps create the spaces, resources, and relationships where students can encounter Jesus and grow into faithful, compassionate leaders.

“TPH set me up spiritually in a way that I wouldn’t have received anywhere else. It has been a true blessing being a student here and I wouldn’t trade it for the world, it has really made me into the man I am today.”

Fuel Student Experiences

Take learning beyond the classroom.

Some of the most important learning happens when students step outside their everyday routines. A robotics competition, a theater performance, an athletic season, a service project, a field trip, or a class experience can help students discover confidence, courage, friendship, leadership, and new possibilities for their future.

These opportunities bring learning to life. They allow students to apply what they are learning, develop new skills, build relationships across grades and cultures, and see a bigger world than the one they have always known. Your support helps ensure that meaningful experiences are available to students regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

“During the West Virginia trip, God was evident in each moment. One of the main ways was in our encouragement. For many people, white water rafting and the ropes course were very difficult and scary. But people used these moments to pray for one another and give words of encouragement and affirmation.”

Your support can help provide:

• Field trips and learning experiences

• Class trips and service opportunities

• Fine arts, theater, and music programs

• Athletics and team-building opportunities

• Robotics, STEM, and hands-on exploration

Possible giving levels:

• $100 helps provide enriching experiences that bring learning to life.

• $250 supports participation in field trips, service projects, or extracurricular activities.

• $500 expands access to athletics, fine arts, STEM, and experiential learning opportunities.

At The Potter’s House, every gift helps students grow in knowledge, faith, confidence, and purpose. Your support opens doors for families, equips classrooms, provides essential student support, builds community, and creates opportunities that impact lives beyond the classroom.
