Founded in 1968, SULTACO is a locally owned Building Materials Supplier with an impeccable reputation for high-quality and distinctive service. From a simple beginning, SULTACO has grown to a strong and versatile company with an infrastructure to support the local market demand of bathroom fixtures, ceramic surfaces, industrial kitchens, domestic kitchens, ironmongery, wood flooring, resilient flooring, plumbing, waterproofing and allied materials.
SULTACO is committed to the quality objective of delivering its products and services as per the contractual specifications at all times to ensure continuous customer satisfaction. In this respect, SULTACO implements and maintains a Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of
ISO 9001-2008 International Standard.
As Mr. Mohammed Sultan Al Dhaheri, Vice Chairman, says: “In 1968, my father Mr. Sultan Bin Rashed Al Dhaheri established SULTACO with a main focus on the building industry. His vision was to complement the great economic boom of the U.A.E. during that period through creating a professional company capable of meeting the requirements of the construction industry. We initially offered domestic and industrial paints, resilient flooring and waterproofing. From the early 80s, we realized that the market demand for other building industry products had increased, which lead us to revalue and expand our product range offering to cover bathroom fixtures, ceramic surfaces, industrial kitchens, domestic kitchens,
ironmongery, wood flooring, resilient flooring, plumbing, waterproofing and allied materials. We were aware that diversity is the key success factor for growth; we have widened our product supply ranges and most importantly we have focused on the recruitment and training of qualified personnel.

Ideal Standard is the flagship brand of Ideal Standard International. Its products are also sold under its strong international brands Jado and American Standard (Latin America). With bathroom solutions as its core business,
bathroom furnishings, fixtures and shower enclosures for residential, commercial and institutional buildings. The company’s products have reflected the best in sanitary ware for over a century. Ideal Standard International is driving forward wellness-
technology-based intelligent bathroom solutions. Ideal Standard International balances performance and style. Its brands embody design, wellbeing, intelligent use of space and a drive for next-generation products. This combined with quality offers long-term value for end users.
Jado of Germany is a leading provider of exclusive and luxurious designer bath and kitchen products. Outstanding to spectacular, Jado fittings are among the pathfinders of modern design in bathrooms. Famous designers present their trend oriented ideas for an unusual interplay of shapes and colours in the bathroom. Innovation and quality in the tiniest detail continue to set the technical standards that show the way. The Jado brand belongs to Ideal Standard International.
Also from Europe in this section comes Geesa from Holland. The company was founded as a coppersmith in 1885 and has been producing bathroom accessories since the 1930s, when the first soap dish was made. Now, three quarters of a century later, it is one of the few specialists in this field. The total Geesa range consists of all possible bathroom and toilet accessories, manufactured in a completely automated factory in Amersfoort. Today, it offers an

DOMESTIC KITCHENS
In the case of domestic kitchens, SULTACO offers a choice of two high-quality European ranges and has its own carpentry for producing high-quality kitchen cabinets and wardrobes. It also offers a complete design, supply and installation service to provide the complete dream kitchen.
The first range is from Rational of Germany, whose perfection of finish and the use of high-quality materials gives the kitchen a lasting value. Distinctive design elements make every Rational kitchen a unique specimen. For every kitchen model there are specific elements that lend the kitchen its own unmistakable and easily identifiable character,
including a glass flap unit, a specially designed wall shelf, profiled side panel in front décor, glass display cabinet, ‘bridging’ decorative front element, shelving as bottle storage rack, and shelving with wicker baskets.
The second range is from Manhattan of the United Kingdom, which offers a broad range of quality kitchen furniture that is designed to integrate with any home and stand the test of time. By constantly monitoring trends worldwide, Manhattan aims to be at the forefront of kitchen design manufacturers worldwide.

INDUSTRIAL KITCHENS AND LAUNDRIES
The next area of expertise is in industrial kitchens and laundry equipment. Over the years SULTACO has achieved a solid reputation by working with professional manufacturers with high international standards such as DIN203-1/A1, DIN EN203-2-DVGW-CE-GASTEC TROPHEE QUALITE’ (French Standard) TUV-RQ-UNI EN ISO 9001-DNV.NSF. and HACCP.
In this case, the equipment on offer comes almost exclusively from Italy, although SULTACO also deals with other European and American manufacturers who specialise in this field, and again, full design, supply, installation and after sales services are available.
ATA are manufacturers of cooking equipment, glasswashers and under-counter, hood-type and tunnel-type dishwashers with accessories complying with UNI EN ISO 9002 regulations and TUV standard.
ILSA (Italy) are manufacturers of tables, shelving systems, sinks, refrigerators and modular equipment for patisserie and pizzeria up to CE–norms.
Finally, IMESA (Italy) is one of the Italian leaders in laundry equipment manufacturing and is dedicated to constant improvements in product quality. Its mission is ‘building tomorrow’s laundry: innovative, economical, tailored and environmental oriented’. The company manufactures heavyduty washer and dry cleaning machines, aseptic washing machines, dryers, hydroextractors, roller ironers and other finishing equipment. Its laundry equipment department covers all the processes involved in the cleaning of fabrics for the hotel and for the textile industry.
CERAMIC SURFACES
SULTACO partners with manufacturers from Italy, Germany and Spain. Ceramiche Cisa is a trademark of the Italian Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti
S.p.A., an industrial holding active in the production and marketing of floor and wall tiles, both for exteriors and interiors. The Group produces glazed ceramic, unglazed and glazed porcelain products and is one of the major producers of ceramics both in Italy and the world. Today, the Group can rely on
the latest technologies in tandem with the finest Italian ceramics traditions. Jasba offers a traditional brand that stands for quality, variety and the dedication to ceramic as a material. In 1926, the founding father, Jakob Schwaderlapp, laid the foundations of earthenware production at Jasba Mosaik GmbH as it is today in Baumbach. Inspired in design by international cultures, the tiles are manufactured exclusively from natural
raw materials mined in Germany. Jasba Mosaik creates free space that focuses on people and their wellbeing. At the same time, Jasba offers a high degree of pleasure, individuality and flexibility. The extensive range of sizes and colours available enables an extraordinary number of design variations. Finally, Ceramicalcora’s factory was founded in 1987 in Alcora (Spain) - the very heart of the ceramic industry, where ceramic tiles have been produced since the 17th century. The factory specialises in floor and wall tiles, exclusively of red clay and exclusively by the double-firing method, producing five million square metres of tiles per year.

ARCHITECTURAL HARDWARE
The latest addition to SULTACO’s product portfolio is Architectural hardware. SULTACO represents two brands, from Almar in Italy and Trio in Australia. Almar was founded in 1980 in Italy, producing high-quality door hardware in brass and stainless steel. With dedication and technical innovation, Almar became a fast growing company. Its constant attention to quality and exclusive designs have given Almar strong success
in the international markets.
Almar is focused on growth through continual investments in equipment and technology and its strength lies in the use of innovative aspects of its products.
The Trio Group has been a family owned manufacturing and marketing business for nearly 40 years. Trio began operations in the early 1970’s, producing a niche range of screen door and continuous hinges. As Australia’s only hinge manufacturer since
early 1999, Trio’s competitive advantage has been further enhanced with the overhaul of its manufacturing plant, and the introduction of the latest technology and sustainable practices, which will continue to offer clients an affordable and timely Australian hardware solution. Its production covers door handles, locks, cylinders, door closers, hinges and various door hardware accessories using the best quality material.
FLOORING
Another key area in finishing is flooring, and here SULTACO presents a full range of resilient, wood and laminate flooring, in addition to offering design and installation services.
Tarkett is a worldwide leader in resilient flooring and sports surfaces. It produces a wide range of sustainable floors in different materials – vinyl,
linoleum, rubber, laminate, wood, artificial turf and other sports surfaces. No matter whether the project is a public, commercial, residential or sports facility installation, new construction or renovation, it’s the combination of a worldwide expertise, a broad product portfolio across vinyl, linoleum, rubber, laminate, parquet and sports surfaces
and an intimate understanding of customers’ requirements that enables Tarkett to create a better flooring experience.
Moreover, SULTACO offers a wide range of wood and laminate floors that are available in many colours and species to suit the customer’s design requirements.
WATERPROOFING
To complement the portfolio, SULTACO has a range of waterproofing products from Grace of the UK/USA, Chase Serviwrap from the UK, and Imper from Italy. Waterproofing of buildings, and especially structures, is of vital importance to its life and function. This is a specialised field that raises unique problems that have to be tackled with appropriate high technology products and technical know-how.
Grace can provide design, technical drawings and details to assist in the correct selection and installation of a range of products. The flagship product
is, however, Grace Preprufe, the most advanced structural waterproofing membrane that adheres to the underside of the concrete, providing zero water tracking between waterproofing and the structure.
Chase Serviwrap cold applied systems provide complete pipeline anti-corrosion protection, equally effective on pipe lengths, bends, joints, fabrications or valves.
On the other hand, Imper offers a vast range of high-quality products such as structural and roofing waterproofing membranes.
PLUMBING AND ALLIED MATERIALS
SULTACO’s other divisions are proud to offer equally familiar brands like Marley Plumbing (UK) UPVC drainage, and Akatherm (Holland) HDPE drainage system; in addition to other items like Kabe Mattan (Sweden) heavy-duty entrance mats.
