Less than 20 miles from the nation’s capital is a pure golf experience waiting for you at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm.

MARYLAND’S PREMIER GOLF CLUB Located on 220 acres of rolling wooded countryside in Montgomery County, Md., TPC Potomac redefines the private golf club membership experience.

This championship golf course, formerly known as TPC Avenel, was a familiar stop on the PGA TOUR for several years. TPC Potomac has played host to PGA TOUR events such as the Kemper Open, FBR Capital Open and Booz Allen Classic.

The golf course enjoyed a historic renovation in 2008 under the direction of PGA TOUR Design Services, and the result is a drastically different layout which showcases the natural rolling terrain, bentgrass tees, fairways and greens, fescue grasses and Scottish-style bunkering. In 2010, TPC Potomac unveiled the golf course’s new look to the professionals by hosting the fifth major on the PGA TOUR Champions, the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship. The PGA TOUR returned in 2017 and 2018 with TPC Potomac serving as the host venue for the Quicken Loans National and will continue to challenge the best players in the world as the club hosts the 2021 Wells Fargo Championship.
