Less than 20 miles from the nation’s capital is a pure golf experience waiting for you at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm.

Located on 220 acres of rolling wooded countryside in Montgomery County, Md., TPC Potomac redefines the private golf club membership experience.

This championship golf course, formerly known as TPC Avenel, was a familiar stop on the PGA TOUR for several years.

TPC Potomac has played host to PGA TOUR events such as the Kemper Open, FBR Capital Open and Booz Allen Classic.

The golf course enjoyed a historic renovation in 2008 under the direction of PGA TOUR Design Services and the result is a drastically different layout which showcases the natural rolling terrain, bentgrass tees, fairways and greens, fescue grasses and Scottish-style

bunkering. In 2010, TPC Potomac unveiled the golf course’s new look to the professionals by hosting the fifth major on the Champions Tour, the Constellation Senior Players Championship.

PLAY WITH THE CONFIDENCE OF A CHAMPION The reviews following the $20 million renovation of TPC Potomac speak for themselves. Shortly after reopening in 2009, TPC Potomac was named as one the best courses in the state by Golf Digest, GolfWeek, and Links Magazine. In the years to follow, the course has only continued to receive praise and was most recently named one of the “Top 10 Courses in Maryland” by Golf Digest.

While challenging enough for the best players in the world, the golf course offers five sets of tees on each hole affording golfers of all abilities the chance to experience an enjoyable round of golf.

CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF IS JUST THE BEGINNING Clubhouse: The same attention to detail that consistently places our golf course among the best in the Mid-Atlantic region can be found across all aspects of TPC Potomac. TPC Potomac is home to a handsomely appointed Clubhouse in a pristine natural setting that can host both intimate business meetings and large-scale social affairs with equal ease.

Dining: Members and their guests enjoy a variety of dining options at TPC Potomac, including: • Light fare, fine wines and cocktails in the richly appointed Members’ Lounge • Sumptuous casual cuisine in the White Oak Grille overlooking the 18th green • Fine dining and premium wine in the Club’s new restaurant, 2118, featuring a climatecontrolled wine vault and tasting room

The same outstanding menu selections are offered for private Member functions, corporate events, weddings and other special occasions hosted at the Club. Each dining venue features a creative menu of dishes prepared fresh daily by TPC Potomac’s talented culinary team.

Golf Shop: The Golf Shop at TPC Potomac strives to meet every Member’s equipment and fitting needs. The 1,350 square-foot Shop offers merchandise from top golf manufacturers.

Charity: Giving back is at the heart of the PGA TOUR. TPC Potomac wholeheartedly embraces the TOUR’s “Together, anything’s possible” charitable mission by hosting numerous charitable events throughout the year benefiting a variety of local, regional, and national charities and causes.

Each year, the Club hosts an annual charity golf tournament benefiting U.S. troops and their families as part of the TOUR’s national Birdies for the Brave military outreach program.

Elevate Your Game To Professional Status Staffed by PGA of America-certified instructors, TPC Potomac’s redesigned practice facility boasts dramatically improved elevations for better target sightlines. You and your guests can choose from a variety of teaching programs and practice options designed to enhance virtually every aspect of your game, including: • Four natural grass tee decks • State-of-the-art synthetic turf hitting area allowing for year-round practice • An on-site attendant

• 10,000 square-foot putting green • Short game area featuring three distinct practice areas for chipping, pitching and bunker play In addition, our PGA professionals have extensive training in swing mechanics, club fitting, video swing analysis and launch monitor technology.

Group and individual instruction is available to Members from any of our certified PGA professional staff. Packages are also available with each instructor for those looking to improve aspects of their game over a series of lessons.

PRESERVING OUR ENVIRONMENT In recognition for its efforts to preserve and protect indigenous wildlife habitats while conserving natural resources, TPC Potomac is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System by Audubon International.

TPC Potomac has also been honored by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA)/Golf Digest Environmental Leaders in Golf as a multi-year winner of the National Private Golf Club Award.

Since its inception TPC Potomac has: • Restored the historic Rock Run Stream Valley • Created 15 acres of new forest • Added 12 acres of wetlands to serve as a buffer between the stream and golf course
