1. Remove fixings from lower edge of bumper and lower corners of wheel arches. 2. Lower exhaust and silencer to improve access to chassis. Clean away any mastic from mounting points. 3. Cut bumper as shown in diagram. 4. Loosely attach side plates LP & RP to the inside of the chassis rails using bolts A with washers WA, bushes BU and washers WB. 5. Loosely attach crossbar CB to side plates LP & RP using set screws B. 6. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing. Detachable Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using set screws Z. 7. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing. 8. Replace heat shield, exhaust and bumper fixings.
