1. Remove fixings from lower edge of bumper. 2. Lower exhaust to improve access. 3. Remove tape or grommets from chassis rails, remove all mastic from mating surfaces. 4. Loosely attach plates LP & RP to the inside faces of the chassis rails using bolts B with washers WA, WB & bushes BU inside the chassis. 5. Cut bumper as per diagram. 6. Offer up crossbar CB behind bumper & loosely attach to plates LP & RP using set screws C. Detachable Neck: Attach detachable neck D to crossbar CB using set screws Z. Swan Neck: Attach swan neck SN to crossbar CB with IP plates using fasteners A. Flange Neck: Attach flange neck F to crossbar CB using bolts A. Attach type approved towball ( not supplied ) using set screws G. 7. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
