REGISTRATION INFORMATION
HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE Create your recreation account by visiting www.townofwindsor.ca.gov/registration and follow the instructions to sign the waiver prior to getting registered. PLEASE NOTE We reserve the right to cancel any course which has not met our minimum number of students. Classes and programs that have not met the minimum will be cancelled five business days before the start date of the class or program. Please register early to avoid cancellation of courses due to not fulfilling the minimum registrations.
REFUND POLICY More than five business days before the date of the first class, participants may withdraw and receive a refund less a $5 processing fee per transaction. After five business days before the date of the class, no refunds will be given. A full refund will be issued only if a class or activity is canceled by the Parks & Recreation Department. Refunds take approximately three weeks to process.

EARLY LEARNING PROGRAMS PROGRAMAS DE APRENDIZAJE TEMPRANO INFANT/TODDLER CAREGIVER PLAYGROUPS
During this no cost program, caregivers with infants and/or toddlers will join an 8 week cohort where participants will help their child grow new skills, practice their fine and gross motor skills, participate in music, art, and STEM activities, learn about developmentally appropriate caregiving techniques, and build a community of support with fellow caregivers. Participants will receive a Baby Welcome Bag, and refreshments are provided at each class. Infant/toddler tumbling play equipment supplied by Wee Play Santa Rosa. COACHES IN TRAINING ENTRENADORES EN FORMACIÓN Ages 13 - 15
Coaches In Training teaches young people, ages 13-15, how to effectively facilitate recreational youth sports practices and games. With guidance and supervision from Town of Windsor Recreation Leaders, Coaches in Training will help teach fundamentals and engage young athletes in fun learning. Coaches In Training DO NOT need to have sports knowledge or experience! They do need to have an outgoing, sociable personality and must willingly take the initiative to interact with our sports participants. $10 annual registration fee - sign up for one sports program at a time (sports program dates and times listed on this page). Is your child struggling to learn how to ride a bike? Through step-by-step engaging instruction, our patient instructors will help them learn to balance and get rolling. This class is designed to teach teens how to respond to first aid emergencies with first aid basics, rescue breathing, use of an AED, how to manage a choking emergency and properly administer CPR. BUNCO Wednesdays - 1:00pm Free American mahjong is played with four players and the goal of the game is to be the first, by picking and discarding, to match one's tiles to a specific hand from the annually distributed scorecard. Scoring is done by matching the points assigned to each pre-determined hand on the annually distributed card.
