Coaches In Training teaches young people, ages 13-15, how to effectively facilitate recreational youth sports practices and games. With guidance and supervision from Town of Windsor Recreation Leaders, Coaches in Training will help teach fundamentals and engage young athletesinfunlearning.

Coaches In Training DO NOT need to have sports knowledge or experience! They do need to have an outgoing, sociable personality and must willingly take theinitiativetointeractwithoursportsparticipants.
