This model provides an excellent opportunity to build a steady stream of recurring income. As long as clients continue their monthly payments, you will receive your percentage of the net listing fee. Payment Platform
We utilize the PAYFAST platform for processing monthly subscription payments Clients must have a credit card or a cheque account card, as debit cards are not accepted
Subscription Terms and Conditions
1. Currently clients subscribe to Town On Tap for a monthly fee of R 150.00.
2. There is a minimum commitment period of 12 months.
3. After the initial 12-month period, the subscription will continue until the client provides a one-month written cancellation notice.
Sales Pitch for Subscription Option
When presenting the subscription option to clients, you can say:
"We offer a monthly subscription with a minimum term of 12 months. After this period, you only need to provide one month's notice if you wish to cancel. We use the very easy and reliable Payfast platform for subscription payments and will send you a link to activate your subscription with a credit card or cheque card "
This approach ensures that sales consultants do not need to worry about renewal dates, as the subscription will continue automatically. We have clients whose subscriptions have been active for over three years.
FILLING IN THE AGREEMENT

It is vital that the information on the agreement is as follows.
LISTING FEE : R150 p/m
TERM : Monthly PAYMENT METHOD : Payfast
NOTE : No invoice is to be issued as we cannot invoice R150 every month and you cannot invoice for R1800 either as it is an open-ended subscription
Once we have created a Payfast link for the client we get the following confirmation that it has been e mailed to him / her
