Online Infant Nutrition Free educational workshop!

Join a Registered Dietitian to learn about: • Starting solid foods • Helping baby accept new foods • Making healthy baby food • Hot topics like baby-led weaning Location: Online with Zoom Select one 2022 upcoming date:  June 8 or 22  July 13 or 27  Aug 10 or 24

Class Time: 10:00 -11:30 a.m

Please call your Community Health Centre to register. You will receive an email with the Zoom link one day prior to the workshop.

Goodbye Mealtime Struggles now online!

FREE introductory workshop for parents of children one to five years of age* Join an interactive discussion with other parents, a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and a Registered Dietitian (RD).

• Explore the various reasons behind mealtime struggles

June 16, 2022 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

July 20, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
