Hello! We are thrilled to be bringing the residents of Timnath some amazing recreational opportunities this summer! Check out all that Timnath Parks and Recreation has to offer. Whether it’s our amazing special events, first-class parks and trails, or our growing selection of classes and camps, we try to offer something for everyone.
As the Parks and Recreation team, we never settle. Over the coming months, we are creating a Master Plan for the Timnath Ranch North Park (adjacent to Bethke Elementary), building additional trail sections out at Timnath Reservoir and starting the design process on the Timnath Recreation Center! We are committed to the residents of Timnath and hope to bring these additional amenities to the community in the near future.
We are always up to something and only so much can be included within this activity guide. We encourage you to follow our Timnath Parks and Recreation Facebook and Instagram pages as we share all our summer offerings, events, and programs you won’t want to miss.
Don’t forget, July marks a special month as we celebrate Parks and Recreation Month, a nationwide recognition led by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA). This annual celebration honors the vital role that parks, and recreation play in creating strong, healthy, and connected communities. Here in Timnath, we are proud to recognize our incredible team of park staff, instructors, recreation leaders, and administrators who make it all possible.
We can’t wait to see you this summer!
