It is that time of year, and we are busy planning our 2026 community events The Town of Severance is proud to provide a welcoming and diverse community with strong connectivity for our residents and neighbors. We strive to offer fun, family-friendly, safe, and exciting events throughout the year that bring people together and enhance the quality of life in our growing town.
As our community continues to grow, we are working to make our events even bigger and better than last year In 2026, we will be making major improvements at our Community Park, which will greatly increase recreational opportunities. We are especially excited to host our Severance Days event with so many new amenities for residents and visitors to enjoy
Events like these require funding, time, and dedicated volunteers To deliver a unique experience and make 2026 our best year yet, we would greatly appreciate your consideration of a sponsorship to help expand our celebrations. What is it?
Fishing over the deep blue sea...well, it's a lake but still plenty of fun for all the kids! A free fishing derby for kids up to 15 years old. There are vendors, breakfast and lots of fish! Severance Days is our signature summer event, this year in October due to construction, dedicated to bringing the community together for a full day of family-friendly fun and entertainment. This highly anticipated annual celebration features a parade, local market vendors, food trucks, interactive activities and contests, live entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks display We will offer vendor space at this event. Trick or Treat Parade
What is it?
This is our annual Halloween event for the Town of Severance. Come parade through Town Hall and show off all those great costumes! This family-friendly event will be a safe place for kids and families to trick-or-treat through Townhall and trunk-or-treat

Town Christmas
What is it?
The Town of Severance rings in the holiday season with our Annual Town Christmas. The event includes carriage rides, photos with Santa, cookies and hot chocolate, holiday entertainment, kids’ activities and crafts, lighting ceremony, and a Fireworks show! Celebrate the holidays with us!
