Total Body Strength and Cardio Fitness at Hommocks Ice Rink Community Room

This class will focus on a full body workout led by exercise physiologist and trainer Meg Radcliff. You will use your body weight and light weights for strength training and do intervals of cardio blasts to burn fat and increase fitness. Participants may bring their own yoga mat and light weights if preferred. Classes are catered to all fitness levels.

Pilates at Hommocks Ice Rink Community Room

Dates: Session 1: September 18th - December 11th (11 classes)

(No program September 25th & October 9th)

Is this your first time on the mat, or have you been doing Pilates for years?

All levels are welcome in this class. Participants will perform classical Pilates exercises with an experienced certified instructor to strengthen your body and improve posture and balance. All you need is a mat for this fun full body workout! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and bring water.
