Activity Guide Fall 2026 - Web (1)

Page 1

The spooky season is upon us and we’re here to help brew up some seasonal fun! This year has flown by and it’s time to pull out the decorations, costumes and traditions to create spellbinding memories.

The Fall Activity Guide is full of events and programs to help you have a monster of a time. My favorite annual event is the Spooktacular Celebration. Each year has a new theme and I love seeing the kids and families in their costumes. Everyone is so creative! Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about your four-legged friends. Dogs love Halloween too and another one of my favorite fall events is Howl-o-ween! It’s a howling good time to gather with our furry friends for a costume contest, pet parade and more.

I invite you to flip through these pages to discover which thrilling programs you’d like to sign up for. From tots to seniors, there’s something for everyone. Let us help you make this a simply spooktacular season.

Ten bronze acorns, created by artist Chad La Fever, have been installed throughout Downtown Danville. We invite you to take a stroll and be on the lookout for the acorns. Be sure to look high and low! Visit danville.ca.gov/acorns for more information on acorn updates and programming.

Arts & Rec On the Go brings the fun to you! Packed with games, sports, crafts and pop-up activities, our recreation crew turns everyday spaces into places to play. Kids and teens can jump in, try something new, make friends and have a blast. Join us at a park near you!
