Meet Karen Payne-Hill

With more than 16 years as a Licensed Massage Practitioners, Karen Payne-Hill comes with more experience, versatility, and training than many massage practitioners.

Her career began when she started searching for ways to help her ill grandmother. Through this difficult circumstance, Karen began to appreciate the healing powers of the hands and began her intensive education and advanced training in order to become one of Northern Kentucky’s top licensed massage practitioners.

Karen completed a 630-hour professional program in order to become a master massage therapist and is versed in orthopedic, Swedish, maternity, geriatric, and medical massage techniques. She also continued and acquired skills in lymphatic drainage, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, and more than 20 types of deep tissue massage techniques.

Perhaps most importantly, Karen has completed Dr. Frank L. Jarrell’s advanced training in Spinal Reflex Analysis (SRA). SRA is a non-invasive, pain-free method to reduces chronic pain, increase range of motion, restore balance and power, and ease complications of serious disease conditions within the body.

SEASON WILL CONSISTS OF 6 WKS OF TRAINING, 2 WEEKNIGHT GAMES, 8 SATURDAY GAMES PLUS 1 AND OUT TOURNEY FOR DIVISIONS U9 AND OLDER.

Coaches will meet on Saturday 04/20/24 at 11:00 a.m. to pick up team rosters, coach’s packet and discuss rules and procedures. Parents should be contacted by Monday, 04/22/24
